Lovely hotel with everything you need and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside is that it is on a busy and loud strip, so there is constant noise, especially if you open the window. But other than that, it’s a great hotel.

Really was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was. Comfortable clean rooms, clean towels, comfortable beds and duvets, super friendly front desk, and really great location. A special mention of the quality breakfast spread which I look forward every morning. Strongly recommended.

Hotel location is very good, we walked to Lucerne two hours in the morning, the balcony window is the spire of the church. Small, like a family hotel, the key is left in the envelope on the front desk, no staff provides other counselling services. The room did not have air conditioning, and I woke up in the middle of the night and found that there was a desktop fan. Overall, the price is not high, did not sleep well

Absolutely perfect service! The front desk staff were incredibly polite. We arrived early and left our luggage, and to our delight, when we returned, they had already placed our bags in our room. We really appreciate that! The room itself was spotless and well-equipped. Breakfast was delicious too. We had a wonderful day here and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit!

Three stops from the train station, or a 20-minute walk. Breakfast is a self-service buffet with a good variety of options and tasty food. The downside is that the facilities are a bit old, possibly due to the location. The bathtub is quite vintage, and the light switches also have an old-fashioned feel, as do the bedside lamps. The bed is a bit old too, and the room has poor soundproofing. There was a tour group in the middle of the night, and one of the older women's voices was deafening. Given the economical price, sometimes you can accept these things when considering the value.

Очень порадовало качество постельного белья, а одеяло и подушки словно облако 💔 Чистота, сервис и особенно завтрак выше всех похвал 😍

The front desk is only available from morning till 11pm, so be sure you have to complete your check in beforehand. Ps. the check in/out counter is at a different location (around 2 mins walk from magic hotel).

The apartment is in a very strategic location, with a tram stop nearby and Luzern Train Station within walking distance, making it very convenient. The staff also responded promptly to our inquiries.
