Location wise is good as it’s right in the middle of the old town. Walking distance from the ferry dock and train station but stairs and cobblestones make it hard to drag your luggage. The only redeeming quality about the room is its size. The quadruple room is a good size for 4 adults with 4 luggages. However the amenities are close to nothing, the wifi is crap and the TV is always faulty. Cleanliness is average - doors are chipped and rusty, the tub is also chipped and dirty. We stayed quite a lot of nights and after the first two nights it’s like the housekeeping staff gave up on properly cleaning the room and replenishing the amenities. Would stay again only as a last resort.

Hotel location is very good, we walked to Lucerne two hours in the morning, the balcony window is the spire of the church. Small, like a family hotel, the key is left in the envelope on the front desk, no staff provides other counselling services. The room did not have air conditioning, and I woke up in the middle of the night and found that there was a desktop fan. Overall, the price is not high, did not sleep well

Really was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was. Comfortable clean rooms, clean towels, comfortable beds and duvets, super friendly front desk, and really great location. A special mention of the quality breakfast spread which I look forward every morning. Strongly recommended.

Absolutely perfect service! The front desk staff were incredibly polite. We arrived early and left our luggage, and to our delight, when we returned, they had already placed our bags in our room. We really appreciate that! The room itself was spotless and well-equipped. Breakfast was delicious too. We had a wonderful day here and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit!

Good breakfast spread by swiss standards. Room was clean however the underlying structural deficits are hard to miss like bathroom getting wet after a shower as there are no shower curtains. The water is unable to be drained due to lack of drainage hole. The Trip.com booking indicated a city tax of 14 swiss francs but I was charged 16.40 swiss francs on check in for my 2 days stay.

Было позднее заселение, для нас оставили конверт с инструкцией и ключами, позвонив на ресепшен оказалось что менеджер говорит на 6 языках, в том числе и по русски, провел инструктаж удаленно. Отдельная благодарность менеджеру Bangin Salih за оперативную помощь с заселением и внимательное отношение к гостям. Было приятно чувствовать заботу и готовность помочь в любой ситуации. Очень порадовало качество постельного белья, а одеяло и подушки словно облако 💔 Чистота, сервис и особенно завтрак выше всех похвал 😍

This is the smallest room I have ever lived in for many years! In addition to the bed, the small bar, and the toilet, the remaining space is enough to stand a few people. The left side of the bed is the wall, the right side is the window, there is no place to put the bedside table. Clean or clean. The old town is inch of land and gold. Good is good, because the location is very good, you can see the beautiful river without walking for 1 minute. The bed was very comfortable and each person gave us a grain of sugar. The biggest drawback here is that there is no breakfast, which makes us feel very hungry in the morning... But there is a pool here, which can be enjoyed slowly by those who like to swim. Although the pool is a bit small, it is quite good.

The front desk is only available from morning till 11pm, so be sure you have to complete your check in beforehand. Ps. the check in/out counter is at a different location (around 2 mins walk from magic hotel).

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. It's close to the bus station and has good connections to the train/bus station.
