Lovely hotel with everything you need and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside is that it is on a busy and loud strip, so there is constant noise, especially if you open the window. But other than that, it’s a great hotel.

Hotel location is very good, we walked to Lucerne two hours in the morning, the balcony window is the spire of the church. Small, like a family hotel, the key is left in the envelope on the front desk, no staff provides other counselling services. The room did not have air conditioning, and I woke up in the middle of the night and found that there was a desktop fan. Overall, the price is not high, did not sleep well

Really was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was. Comfortable clean rooms, clean towels, comfortable beds and duvets, super friendly front desk, and really great location. A special mention of the quality breakfast spread which I look forward every morning. Strongly recommended.

Absolutely perfect service! The front desk staff were incredibly polite. We arrived early and left our luggage, and to our delight, when we returned, they had already placed our bags in our room. We really appreciate that! The room itself was spotless and well-equipped. Breakfast was delicious too. We had a wonderful day here and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit!

This is the smallest room I have ever lived in for many years! In addition to the bed, the small bar, and the toilet, the remaining space is enough to stand a few people. The left side of the bed is the wall, the right side is the window, there is no place to put the bedside table. Clean or clean. The old town is inch of land and gold. Отдельная благодарность менеджеру Bangin Salih за оперативную помощь с заселением и внимательное отношение к гостям. Было приятно чувствовать заботу и готовность помочь в любой ситуации. Очень порадовало качество постельного белья, а одеяло и подушки словно облако 💔 Чистота, сервис и особенно завтрак выше всех похвал 😍

The downside is that the facilities are a bit old, possibly due to the location. The bathtub is quite vintage, and the light switches also have an old-fashioned feel, as do the bedside lamps. The bed is a bit old too, and the room has poor soundproofing. There was a tour group in the middle of the night, and one of the older women's voices was deafening. Given the economical price, sometimes you can accept these things when considering the value.

Good is good, because the location is very good, you can see the beautiful river without walking for 1 minute. The bed was very comfortable and each person gave us a grain of sugar. The biggest drawback here is that there is no breakfast, which makes us feel very hungry in the morning... But there is a pool here, which can be enjoyed slowly by those who like to swim. Although the pool is a bit small, it is quite good.

Location is very central in the old city part but warned that it's not acceptable​ with a car and the actual check-in happens in a nearby sister property. Wish we get this info in advance especially since we were with a car and was truly hectic getting to check-in. Room decent but don't expect much.

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. It's close to the bus station and has good connections to the train/bus station.
