The room is really hard to describe. I booked three 20 square meter standard twin rooms, but I didn't expect that the room 44 was a loft. The room type is irregular, but the area is still quite large, barely acceptable. Room 12 and Room 32 are only 15 square meters at most. And at first they were double bed rooms, and the two beds were separated after coordination. I suggest you don't book this hotel, the price-performance ratio is too low. Fortunately, I contacted Ctrip, and Ctrip's service is very good. I will book hotels on Ctrip in the future. In addition, the elevator is pitifully small, and it is very crowded for two people and two boxes. There is no air conditioning in the room, only a low-end electric fan.

Hotel location is very good, we walked to Lucerne two hours in the morning, the balcony window is the spire of the church. Small, like a family hotel, the key is left in the envelope on the front desk, no staff provides other counselling services. The room did not have air conditioning, and I woke up in the middle of the night and found that there was a desktop fan. Overall, the price is not high, did not sleep well

No kettle and the room was quite small, but the location is super central. It's really close to Lucerne's main attractions, so if location is a priority for you, this place is a good choice. Switzerland is notoriously expensive, and this area felt a bit rural for the price. I'd estimate a hotel of this caliber would probably cost around 200 RMB in China. There's no free parking, so you'll have to find a paid parking lot nearby.

The location is good, close to the train station and most sightseeing places in Luzern. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful. The only drawback of the hotel is noise levels. There are many restaurants around with outdoor seating so you would hear people chatting all the way till 11 pm. 5AM in the morning there would be loud street cleaning trucks. There was one night some bar nearby had loud drunk people noise till 2AM. There's no AC in the room so you have to leave the window open and deal with all the noises.

Hotel was in a great location, room was clean and very nice, bed was comfortable, and view was nice. Our bathroom was across the hall from our bedroom-- which though a little strange --didn't cause us any issues as it was private and clean (and huge). The only critique I have would be about the self check-in. I understand the goals of having a streamlined check-in process, but we didn't recieve the email with instructions, and had no answer to an email of inquiry. It took me phoning the hotel's administration to get an answer, in which the woman was very helpful, but did take away some of our time in Lucerne. If there was a more straightforward process that did not involve using the machine at the front door, as well as having clearer instructions on checking out, the stay would have been perfect.

Отдельная благодарность менеджеру Bangin Salih за оперативную помощь с заселением и внимательное отношение к гостям. Было приятно чувствовать заботу и готовность помочь в любой ситуации. Очень порадовало качество постельного белья, а одеяло и подушки словно облако 💔 Чистота, сервис и особенно завтрак выше всех похвал 😍

The hotel smelled very strongly of new renovations. I felt dizzy after only 20 minutes in the room. I asked the front desk to change rooms and they charged an extra 100 Swiss francs per night, but at least the smell wasn't as bad. However, I later found out the new room had no cold water in the shower, so it was too hot to use. They ended up opening a room next door just so I could shower. The room itself was incredibly stuffy, and the two fans blowing didn't help at all. European buildings are just too well insulated. It was actually quite cool outside, so on the second night, I couldn't take it anymore and just slept with the windows wide open! I was really worried about mosquitoes, flies, and bees, but surprisingly, I had a very safe and cool night. The renovation smell also seemed to dissipate quite a bit. So, if you have similar concerns, you might not need to worry as much as I did!

Hotel goldener stern has a very nice outlook. Very cool vibes when i first stepped in. Check in was self service and easy. The lift is small so its only good for one person with luggage or two persons without luggage. The room is clean just rather small. Toilet is clean too. About 10 mins walk to luzerne station. There is also a bus that you can take from luzerne station to the accom. just need to walk 2-3 mins from bus stop. Overall, not a bad accom!

Good is good, because the location is very good, you can see the beautiful river without walking for 1 minute. The bed was very comfortable and each person gave us a grain of sugar. The biggest drawback here is that there is no breakfast, which makes us feel very hungry in the morning... But there is a pool here, which can be enjoyed slowly by those who like to swim. Although the pool is a bit small, it is quite good.

Very nice stay in the absolute best location. Only complaint was that room hadn’t been cleaned at all prior to our self check in. Assumed that cleaners were running late but when we returned at 6pm the room still had dirty sheets on the bed and wet towels on the floor in the bathroom etc However the problem was very quickly resolved by calling the owner.
