Guest UserLocation was far from town but don’t worry there is a restaurant within the hotel. The food was okay. All the staffs including the chef were very friendly. This is a new hotel. Our room was very beautiful with a large window & a bathroom attached to it. It was snowing the next day and we loved the view.
It was also possible to do laundry here but you’ll need the whole night to dry your clothes. They don’t really have a proper dryer here.

The room has 2 bedrooms and a very large living room. When I opened the door, I was shocked because the room was very good. When I walked outside, I saw the view of the Yala Snow Mountain. It was very beautiful. The accommodation was quiet. The owner provided good service. He cooked and took care of everything himself. The only problem was that the toilet was a pit, but it was understandable because it was normal in China.

Bobo℡The hotel was exceptionally clean and charming, with a great atmosphere. It was perfect for dining, staying, and taking photos. The facilities were excellent, and the view from the window was stunning. The staff were all very welcoming. Breakfast was abundant, and we had both lunch and dinner at the hotel – the food was delicious and portions were generous.
A special thanks to the owner! We were a family of four and had booked a standard room. When we arrived, the owner saw us and, realizing the room might be a bit small for four, upgraded us for free.
I want to take this opportunity to share a bit about my trip: It was my first time visiting Ganzi, and everyone I met was so kind and warm-hearted. My child had conjunctivitis and needed eye drops that required refrigeration. When we arrived in Kangding, we went to a beef hotpot restaurant, explained the situation to the staff, and they filled a whole thermos with ice for us. At the pharmacy, where we bought glucose, my child asked where to buy a pen, and the pharmacist generously gave her one for free. At our hotel in Kangding, when we asked for directions to Tagong Grassland, the owner gave us a map. And here, the owner not only upgraded our room for free but also helped us freeze a box of ice. I'm so grateful for all the kindness we encountered along the way.
Not only is the scenery beautiful here, but the people are wonderful, and their hearts are even more so. I definitely want to come back if I get the chance!

Guest UserThe room design and setup were decent, but the service was questionable. The female receptionist was quite friendly, but a male man who seemed to be the manager was very rude. For a room costing over 700 yuan, we asked for two extra bottles of mineral water, but the manager said it would cost extra. We opted to forgo the water but requested an extra bath towel. The manager deliberately brought us a towel with a burn hole. When we asked for a replacement, he brought us another towel with a burn hole. Only after we asked again did he finally provide a clean towel. Of course, we didn't dare use it anymore. This was almost the first time in recent years we'd encountered such service, and our hopes of staying here again this summer have completely vanished!

Guest UserAn excellent stopover for self-driving on G318! Hanting's quality is consistently good, far exceeding the average along the route. The room was clean and tidy, and the diffused oxygen supply plus underfloor heating were such thoughtful touches – they perfectly alleviated altitude sickness, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Free parking and charging piles make it very self-drive friendly, and the self-service laundry with a dryer was great for washing away the dust from the road. The front desk staff, Baozi, provided warm and attentive service. I'll definitely come again!

This is a long overdue positive review! Last week, I traveled to Western Sichuan, and on the second night, I stayed at this hotel. Due to altitude sickness, I had an unbearable headache in the early hours of the morning. I asked the owner if there was a hospital nearby, and without a second thought, he drove me to the Xinduqiao Health Center. After my treatment, he came back to pick me up. It was already past 1 AM, and it was hailing outside. I wanted to offer him a token of appreciation, but he refused. The next day, when I saw him at the restaurant, he even asked how I was recovering. I was incredibly touched. I promised the owner a good review at the time, but since my friend made the booking, it's taken until now for me to get a chance to review it on my phone. My sincerest apologies for the delay. I wish the owner a prosperous business and Tashi Delek! 🌹 P.S.: The hotel has oxygen equipment, the bedding is very clean, and the breakfast is a unique nine-grid style. The corn and soft-boiled eggs were delicious.

Guest UserThe hotel is right on the 318 road, with good facilities and lots of food around. There is a coffee shop opposite. The hotel breakfast is very exquisite. The hotel is very convenient to various attractions. In addition, there is a large grassland behind the hotel where dolls can move around. There are yaks eating grass there at any time, and it is also very good for taking pictures. The most important thing is that the hotel service is very good and very hygienic. They use bath towels and face towels, and there are also toilet covers.

The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The view outside was excellent. It's located away from the main road, ensuring it's quiet at night.
The facilities are quite new, and the toilet is an automatic smart toilet. There's underfloor heating in the room, so it's never cold at night. The windows can also be opened, providing good ventilation.
The front desk staff provided excellent service; she even proactively brought us water. The breakfast was incredibly generous and delicious—easily the best we've had so far on our trip to Western Sichuan. The ingredients were fresh and the taste was great.
The hotel was very clean. In Xinduqiao Town, where prices are generally increasing, this hotel truly offers exceptional value for money. I highly recommend it!

The guesthouse was easy to find and conveniently located close to the city center. The place itself was lovely, spotless, and hygienic. The underfloor heating was incredibly warm – I didn't feel cold at all! The guesthouse hostess was incredibly warm and friendly. I'm usually a bit introverted, but her proactive greeting made me feel completely at ease. For breakfast, she served homemade porridge, eggs, steamed buns, and twisted rolls. The steamed sweet potatoes were exceptionally soft, tender, and sweet – so delicious I almost asked her where she bought them! Next time I'm in Kangding, I'll definitely stay here again!
