The room design and setup were decent, but the service was questionable. The female receptionist was quite friendly, but a male man who seemed to be the manager was very rude. For a room costing over 700 yuan, we asked for two extra bottles of mineral water, but the manager said it would cost extra. We opted to forgo the water but requested an extra bath towel. The manager deliberately brought us a towel with a burn hole. When we asked for a replacement, he brought us another towel with a burn hole. Only after we asked again did he finally provide a clean towel. Of course, we didn't dare use it anymore. This was almost the first time in recent years we'd encountered such service, and our hopes of staying here again this summer have completely vanished!

Location was far from town but don’t worry there is a restaurant within the hotel. The food was okay. All the staffs including the chef were very friendly. This is a new hotel. Our room was very beautiful with a large window & a bathroom attached to it. It was snowing the next day and we loved the view. It was also possible to do laundry here but you’ll need the whole night to dry your clothes. They don’t really have a proper dryer here.

The hotel room's oxygen supply is not available 24/7—it only starts after 5 PM (they said the equipment requires maintenance). Although the oxygen appears to be working late at night, it feels like the high-altitude sickness and hypoxia return. I'm not sure if it's just our room or a general issue, but the hot water is inconsistent—it suddenly turns cold for half a second or a second before switching back to hot, repeating this cycle endlessly... Taking a shower was incredibly frustrating. The floor heating takes forever to warm up, and by late at night, it's just cold and oxygen-deprived, making proper rest impossible. The breakfast was average, and the restaurant recommended by the front desk staff was decent.

This guesthouse is truly charming, beautifully decorated in an authentic ******* style. It's the owner's personal residence, offering a quaint and elegant atmosphere. Both the owner and his wife are wonderful people with outstanding service-mindedness. Their child is exceptionally cute and polite; we all absolutely adored them. The owner is an artist, which was quite interesting! Unfortunately, I was suffering from altitude sickness that day and didn't get a chance to chat much with him. He was incredibly caring and attentive to our condition, for which we are truly grateful. The breakfast was lovely and could be delivered right to our room. They even helped us order takeout for dinner and lit a fire for us downstairs. We are so thankful for all their help. Although it might be hard for us to visit Western Sichuan again, we still wish you all the very best and thank you profoundly!

The rooms were clean and just right, and they even had an oxygen concentrator. Wearing it while sleeping made me feel so much better, and I was able to tackle 4500 meters the next day with no problem. We booked two rooms, and luckily, they gave us connecting balconies, which made visiting each other super convenient, haha! 😂 I didn't take any room photos, only scenery shots.

It was very beautiful. The accommodation was quiet. The owner provided good service. He cooked and took care of everything himself. The only problem was that the toilet was a pit, but it was understandable because it was normal in China.

The hotel is right on the 318 road, with good facilities and lots of food around. There is a coffee shop opposite. The hotel breakfast is very exquisite. The hotel is very convenient to various attractions. In addition, there is a large grassland behind the hotel where dolls can move around. There are yaks eating grass there at any time, and it is also very good for taking pictures. The most important thing is that the hotel service is very good and very hygienic. They use bath towels and face towels, and there are also toilet covers.

The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The view outside was excellent. It's located away from the main road, ensuring it's quiet at night. The facilities are quite new, and the toilet is an automatic smart toilet. There's underfloor heating in the room, so it's never cold at night. The windows can also be opened, providing good ventilation. The front desk staff provided excellent service; she even proactively brought us water. The breakfast was incredibly generous and delicious—easily the best we've had so far on our trip to Western Sichuan. The ingredients were fresh and the taste was great. The hotel was very clean. In Xinduqiao Town, where prices are generally increasing, this hotel truly offers exceptional value for money. I highly recommend it!
