MMingtianchisenmeThe facilities of the tent hotel are quite complete. The floor heating radiator electric blanket humidifier, the toiletries lelabo, the disposable towels and bath towels are fully equipped with various software, and the outdoor wind blows more than ten degrees below zero. The room is also very warm. Lying on the bed facing the Yala Snow Mountain, quiet and detached, the scenery is so good 🥹 The service has a temperature. Whether it is the guest who lives in the store or comes to drink the afternoon car, there is a high reaction. The store is very concerned about taking care of 👍 Very warm heart ～ Dinner yak soup pot meat is delicate, the bottom of the pot tastes very natural, and the price is not cheap. But this environment is still willing to pay the bill.

GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay here. The host and staff are super kind and caring. My partner was suffering from the altitude when we arrived and they immediately set us up with an oxygen concentrator. He felt better almost immediately. We are thankful they had one! They kept checking in on our health throughout our entire stay.
We had a beautiful big room on the fourth floor with views of Mt. Yala and life around the river. Loved the in floor heating. Even if you don't get a room on the 4th floor, there is a sitting area up with the view. The hotel is close to the main street, 10 minute walk to Tagong Monastery, 20 minute walk to the study monastery and 5 minute walk to the trail which leads up over the grasslands to Ani Gompa and Muya Dasi.
We can't thank the host and staff enough - they made a delicious hotpot on our first night, looked after us everyday and found us a ride onto Danba. They and we managed the English translation apps enough that we could work through the language barrier.

SSurina binti IdrisWe are very satisfied with this hotel. The room is very clean. The mattress is soft, and we had a comfortable sleep. Oxygen is provided in the room, and there is also floor heating, which is very helpful in the very cold weather and high altitude.
The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly, even though we communicated using a translation app. The hotel also provides free breakfast. For us as Muslims, bread, eggs, corn, sweet potatoes, and fruits are already sufficient.
This is a good hotel for Muslim travelers as a stopover on the way to Daocheng Yading, as there are two halal Muslim restaurants within a 7–10 minute walking distance. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThis hotel was good except for the disappointment about the gym. We booked this hotel specifically out of others in kangding as it was written on booking that the hotel offers a gym. We are on a training program and need a gym. When we arrived and asked about the gym they said that the gym had not been opened yet. When I asked why they advertise themselves as hotel with a gym the response was “we used to have a gym, now it’s under renovation because some of the equipment is out of use”, and when I asked if I still could use what equipment that was working, the response was simply no and that I can go to an outdoor exercise area outside in the freezing cold. So rude! Except for this the hotel was totally fine, nice rooms and good breakfast. Just don’t advertise what you don’t have online, it leaves costumers dissatisfied even if the rest was good.

✅ Separate wet and dry bathroom + giant projector – soaking in the tub while watching a show is amazing.
✅ ******* clothing experience + handmade coffee + rooftop photo op – every shot in the courtyard looks like it's from a magazine.
In the afternoon, I brewed a pot of tea by the window
And watched the snow-capped mountains turn golden in the sun
In the evening, I snuggled under the covers to watch a movie
This is truly the way to experience Western Sichuan!

AAlyssa Teng 敏丽Super hospitable hosts. Very welcoming. Room is very clean. Shower room was awesome. Smart room comes in handy. We even caught drama on the projector before bedtime. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Highly recommended!
Just some things to take note of, though it didn’t bother us at all:
there’s no lift and
it’s abit of an uphill/downhill walk to 柳柳城.

GGuest UserWe were driving from Tagong Grassland to Xinduqiao when we spotted this really unique hotel! ☺️ We immediately pulled over to check it out. The price was right, so we booked it online on the spot. The front desk lady was incredibly patient and super nice. She showed us a couple of rooms 😆 and the views from both were stunning. My sister ended up choosing the room with the curved balcony. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard, with excellent support. My Apple Watch even showed my sleep quality score as 90! That night, it snowed – experiencing all four seasons in one day on the plateau is no exaggeration! The room had underfloor heating, so it was warm and not dry at all. For breakfast, my favorites were the steamed dumplings and the tremella soup. Just look at the pictures for the comparison! 😘 Snow-capped mountains, high-altitude lakes, prayer flags, and meadows were all within sight. We even encountered some falling snow along the way – that's the ultimate romance unique to western Sichuan. Encountering the most breathtaking scenery in the shortest amount of time. The facilities are complete, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend staying here!
