GGuest UserThe room is not very spacious. It is considered below average among the Lavande hotels I have stayed in. It has its own parking lot, which is convenient and has many parking spaces. There is no tea or fruit at the lobby front desk. The breakfast of 38 yuan per person is not very cost-effective. There are many restaurants in the area, which is very convenient.

It's conveniently located near attractions like the Shenyang Imperial Palace and Zhang Xueliang's Former Residence, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The staff are polite and always on hand to help with any issues. The facilities are comprehensive, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay without any disturbances. It offers fantastic value for money, a perfect stay experience, and is definitely worth returning to!

AAnonymous UserThe location is fantastic for getting around, especially if you're going to the Olympic Sports Center Stadium. You can just walk there, which is super convenient for concerts – no need to leave super early! It saved a lot of time. The whole place was clean and tidy. They even thoughtfuly provided seat cushions, cool wet wipes, and mosquito repellent stickers for the concert-goers. I'll definitely stay here again next time I come for a concert.

GGuest UserThe room was excellent, no complaints there. The only downside was the construction site outside the window. The hotel's location is fantastic, though. It's just a stone's throw from Shenyang North Station, making train travel incredibly convenient. For my afternoon train, the hotel even offered a buffet lunch (pretty similar to breakfast, but filling and clean). I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang.

The hot water in the room was consistently stable, and the facilities were decent. There are a ton of affordable restaurants nearby. It offers fantastic value for money. The subway is also very close, only about 400m away, making it incredibly easy to get to tourist attractions. Whether by subway or taxi, getting around is a breeze, which makes it perfect for students traveling together. Overall, the experience was really, really good. This hotel on Zhongjie Street is ideal for a short holiday stay.

GGuest UserThis hotel is perfect for a trip to Shenyang. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff was very welcoming and efficient with check-in. You can tell they're very friendly to out-of-towners.
My specific requests were a table in the room for ordering takeout, a location in Zhongjie, a sufficiently large table in the room, and a sofa. All of which made it great for two people to order takeout and enjoy it together.
The soy milk from the breakfast place across the street was also delicious. Highly recommend for first-time visitors to Shenyang!

GGuest UserThe hotel has an elegant and clean environment, is conveniently located, and very quiet at night, perfect for a good rest. The hotel staff's service attitude is exceptional, especially given that I was traveling with elderly family members. One gentleman went above and beyond, helping me find a parking spot in the underground garage, then carrying our luggage and assisting the two seniors upstairs. He made several trips up and down, and even reminded us to call if we needed anything and what to be aware of when we went out. All the other staff members were also very enthusiastic, truly making us feel at home. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Shenyang. Many thanks again!

We stayed in a family room with two breakfasts included at the Ibis Shenyang North Railway Station South Square. The staff kindly helped us out with a third breakfast, but I do think family rooms should ideally come with three breakfast options, especially for families with older children. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the facilities were decent, though a few items showed some wear and could be updated.
The restaurant area was a good size with plenty of tables and chairs. We went later in the morning so didn't encounter any queues. Staff were prompt in refilling food and clearing tables, and they even reminded guests before closing time.
The hotel sign at the entrance is prominent and easy to spot. Check-in was efficient at the front desk on the first floor. The staff explained the breakfast times and location, but didn't mention the laundry room, which I discovered later near the elevators. There's also a glass cabinet on the first floor selling daily necessities and snacks, all clearly priced.
Overall, it was a good experience. Keep up the great work! 💪

GGuest UserThe hotel is located just next to Shenyang Railway Station. Coming in via the train would be easy. Local bus stops are just in front and opposite the hotel. Metro line is also within walking distance. Our hotel room on the fourth floor was facing the main road but the traffic noise was not noticeable. The room and aminities was just adequate. Water pressure and aircond was good. On the down side, the shower and toilet shared the same cubicle and was rather small. The lining on the shower cubicle has worn out and water could seep out to the floor outside. Overall, the accommodation was acceptable. Morning breakfast was local fare and was alright. Would recommend staying here due to location and reasonable room facilities. Frontline staff were friendly and helpful and self service laundry available for guest use. Keep up the good work.

The building has a proper substance, excellent soind insulation from outside, inside average enormous windows, . decoration in the entrance impressive, in the corridors, bathroom and rooms in dire need of minor renovation. Very comfortable pillows, duvets, air temperature does the job well. Possibly the best option when flying early because it takes 1 hour by metro from center.
