Beautiful villa house with full kitchen and two bedrooms, as well as countless TVs. Rooms are very new, clean and well maintained. Mattresses are of high quality. Nice collection of drinks and snacks, all free of charge! However hygiene is a serious issue. They offer a hydro massage bathtub, however the water inside seems never been changed. Dirts and sand at the bottom, and blond hairs clustered at the water outlet (none of us in the family is blond). It was disgusting.

Beautiful town of Nafplion! Beautiful ”K Nest” hotel! The town's seaside scenery is beautiful, the old street style is romantic and leisurely, walking around, watching and shooting, it is really very pleasant! The hotel is actually a small-scale homestay. On a small hillside, the high stone house has a sense of sight. The window of the room is facing the Bertz Castle in the sea. Sitting on the bed of the room, you will get great photos! I really like the elegant and comfortable decoration of the hotel restaurant, and then eat a beautiful breakfast, I don't feel too good! Especially to praise the little brother at the front desk of the hotel, when we arrived at the check-in, we first made a cup of good cappuccino for each of us, and then gave us a detailed introduction to how to play in the town, especially recommended local specialties Restaurants, delicious and affordable dishes, The service is super intimate! Unfortunately, I couldn't express our gratitude in person!

The hotel is convenient to stay, although no one handles it, but the explanation is clear. Located in the center of the town, dining, shopping, attractions and going to the beach are very convenient. Impressive town, worth brushing again

We stayed here in July this year and it was exceptional! The staff were so, SO lovely from the moment we walked in the door. We had been to Nafplio before so we knew where to go/what to do, but they were on hand if we wanted any suggestions or information about the town. It’s a brand new hotel, fitted out exquisitely. Some hotels these days call themselves ‘boutique’ just to get the people searching for this style of hotel. This hotel is a true boutique hotel. The rooms are stylish and modern, making excellent use of space and light. The bed was super comfy and the shower was AMAZING! The balcony was a great size too. We didn’t hang out on it too much but I could totally see myself happily sitting there with a book and a nice glass of vino! About an hour after we checked out, I received a friendly message from the hotel letting me know that I’d left behind a bag. We didn’t get the chance to go past Nafplio again to pick it up so I arranged a courier to collect the bag, and they were so so helpful and more than happy to greet the courier and give him the package. Stay at this hotel if you’re going to Nafplio. Seriously. I’ve stayed in other boutique hotels in the area and this one wins. Oh and the location is perfect; one street in from the port in old town. Do it!

The hotel is located in the pedestrian area of the pleasant city of Nafplio. The decoration mentioned in particular is beautiful and original. An exquisite breakfast with a variety of choices and quality products.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is superb, right in the heart of Nafplio, close to Palamidi Castle, the old town, the beach, and the coach station—everything you could need within reach. What truly makes this place special is the host, Nikos. He’s incredibly friendly and helpful, and he does a wonderful job of keeping the property clean and welcoming. As soon as we checked in and came downstairs for the first time, he had already prepared a handwritten note with detailed recommendations on where to go and what to eat—local cuisine, seafood spots, gelato, and more. He even took the time to show us on the map how to get to each place, which we really appreciated. Every day, we had clean towels, and the room was thoroughly cleaned, which added to the comfort of our stay. I also have to mention another star of the property: Christos the parrot! Each time we came in and out, Christos was there to greet us, bringing a smile to our faces and adding a unique joy to the experience. At checkout, Nikos told us about a local tax change; he had initially charged us based on the peak season tax rate, but he realised it should have been the winter rate. He gave us the difference back, and his honesty and thoughtfulness really impressed us. Overall, we had such a warm and memorable stay thanks to Nikos and his team. Highly recommended! If I visit Nafplio again, I would definitely stay here.

Pięknie urządzony hotelik z rewelacyjnym widokiem na morze i na miasto . Bardzo pomocny właściciel , super śniadanko na powietrzu. Jedyny mankament to BRAK PARKINGU, a w opisie miał być. A więc dwie walizki musiałem przetransportować prawie 200 m. Dobrze że znalazłem miejsce przy ulicy- ostatnie

It is a small building operated by three people, and they are very enthusiastic. Old building, wooden stairs. The is not enough for the four-star hotel grade. Standard Samsung is more suitable. But they are not charged as much as four-star rates.
