So I could not get the room card. I struggled at the door for a long time before I got the help of other travelers and called the customer service phone to get it solved. 🍄The room is on the top floor--it is a loft-style--the beams are a bit low~~ We are old and are afraid of hitting our heads, otherwise it is a very special accommodation experience. 🍄The space is spacious, but the kitchen + dining table in this room is very narrow, which is very different from the booking photos! The equipment is quite complete! Tableware and electric kettle are provided. 🍄There is a rest + reading space on the first floor. In the bathroom next to it, there is a small self-service washing machine.. Could not enter building after 7 unanswered calls.  Entered throng the help of another guest and cleaning woman.  No more boutique hotels that are not manned.  Where’s the hospitality?

17 min away from the port terminal or 8 min from the train station. The place is neat and clean. Rooms are adequately illuminated and comparatively spacious. Staff are very nice and friendly and super helpful. My friend left something in the ship and the reception staff helped to contact the ship company to report the lost. Highly recommended 👍🏼

A very friendly reception with personal note. The hotel is centrally located and has beautiful rooms. When staying with bicycles, the hotel is able to stay in the area. The parking lot is only 5 minutes walk from the train station when you arrive by car.

The place was really clean and taken care of. The only downside is that the lightening is really scarce.

I would say that if someone asked me for a advice on hospitality and cleaning, I would tell him that it is a simple but clean hotel, decent and in a great position.

Ottimo hotel per un weekend a Trieste: camere piccole ma ristrutturate, buona colazione. Un pó di difficoltà nel parcheggiare l'auto perché il garage dell'hotel era pieno.
