GGuest UserIn short, the amenities and service experience were absolutely perfect. I chose this hotel blindly, and it turned out to be a hidden gem with its full Chinese-style decor, winding paths, and breathtaking beauty – a truly ancient and rustic treasure. The gentle and serene butler ladies arranged everything I requested in advance. I even got a free upgrade from a king-size bed to a suite, and the amenities were high-end and elegant (for example, the coffee cups were Dior). Compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, this one definitely stands out with its unique character. Plus, breakfast is a set menu; while it lacks an overwhelming variety, the wontons, green bean and pork pancakes, and noodle soup made by the local auntie were truly delicious. The only minor drawback is that dinner has no menu, and the fixed dishes are more Western-style rather than local specialties. On my first night, I provided the ideas, and the kitchen then prepared and cooked the dishes. I hope there will be some changes next time I visit, haha.

It's incredibly convenient for those who need to stay for an extended period. Cleanliness: Clean, hygienic, neat, and comfortable. Environment: This is probably one of the best-environment hotels in Hengdian. The decor is modern and minimalist, and it's quite suitable for taking photos. I even took a celebrity-style photo in the elevator. Service: Whether it's the front desk on the first floor or the hotel front desk on the third floor, the service is excellent. They even upgraded my room type and gave me some snacks. Every time I left, there was a young man at the main entrance who would open the door for me.

GGuest UserVery friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

BBazhehunluanwuI booked a hotel and attraction package on Trip.com and chose this hotel from many options. When I arrived, the front desk simply said they'd upgraded my room for free. When I got to the room, I found out I'd been upgraded directly from a standard king room to a 60-square-meter business suite – I was so pleased! I immediately decided to stay an extra day and booked the cheapest room type. When I went down to the front desk to inform them, they said, 'Could you please give me your room card?' Then I was told they had again upgraded me to the business suite for my extended stay, and even gave me a free one-day pass to five major park attractions. I was so touched! **Amenities:** Very complete, everything you could think of and even things you wouldn't. **Hygiene:** Very clean and well-kept. For such a large room, it's impressive how meticulously it was cleaned. **Environment:** Very quiet. With the doors and windows closed, you can barely hear any noise. **Service:** Whether it was the front desk, the lobby manager, or housekeeping, everyone was warm, attentive, and always willing to help. I was very moved. Next time I come to Hengdian, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The front desk staff were warm, polite, and enthusiastically recommended sightseeing routes, which saved us a lot of time. Our entire experience was excellent. The hotel has its own parking lot, and there's a hundred-meter flower wall nearby, perfect for photos. The location is superb, very close to the attractions we wanted to visit, and we could just walk there. I genuinely recommend it!

First off, the service was incredibly warm and attentive. The security guard at the entrance proactively helped with my luggage, and the front desk staff not only offered a complimentary children's meal but also provided a detailed guide to the film and television city. These thoughtful gestures, showing genuine care for guests, were truly heartwarming. Secondly, the room facilities were spotless. Despite the hotel having been in operation for some years, the cleanliness standards have not wavered. All amenities were well-maintained and fully functional, and the room temperature was set perfectly, making for a very comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight. In addition to the standard offerings, they served local specialties like 'Mai Jiao' (wheat dumplings) and 'Mi Guo' (rice cakes). It wasn't just filling; it offered a taste of local culture too.

The room facilities far exceed expectations: constant temperature floor heating + high-power air conditioning, spring and autumn living is also very comfortable; dry and wet separation bathroom also has a bathtub, it is super convenient for the baby to wash, and the details are full. The most pleasant surprise is that the children bring their own slides. The children will not stop when they enter the door. The two beds are separated by curtains. The adults are not disturbed at all. 🌿 Environment atmosphere: ”Healing is a secret” in the valley The hotel is hidden in the back mountain of the Mengquan Valley Resort. The 99-acre valley is super quiet. In the morning, you can listen to birds singing and watch the stars at night, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
