"Convenient Location, directly above a large shopping mall with a good variety of shopping and food & beverage options. The hotel and mall are directly linked through the 4th floor, though it is closed outside of the mall operating hours. Room was clean and toiletries were nice! Overall a nice and comfortable stay."

"Great location and great rooms including the fitness center. However, the staff were terrible. On the first day they gave us a room which had dirty tissue paper at the toilet area still there. After complaining they changed our room and while one of us were in the shower they mistanenly gave our room key to another guest who then tried to enter our room. They compensated us with free breakfast but such an error was not expected at a Marriott hotel in the first place. Very disappointing. It also felt like the staff didn't really care the whole time with a very emotionless style of talking. Unfortunate."

"The scenery was STUNNING. If you are planning to take a quick 2-3 day trip to the beach, this location is perfect. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk to the public beaches and a couple parks. The service and food at the restaurant was mediocre, but everything else was exceptional. Quite a few seafood options available in the area, but not much else. No microwave or fridge in the room."

"Really enjoyed my stay at this place! Had a free room upgrade to Superior Room and wow it is massive! The hotel staff were all do polite and there is a laundry room & gym, which quite meets my needs. The gym might be a bit shody, but it's functioning."

"The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy, without any peculiar smell. The air conditioning and heating are very warm, and the lights, curtains and TV are controlled by smart voice. We were able to check in even if we arrived early, and we were given a free room upgrade, as well as small gifts for check-in and check-out, which was very thoughtful. There is free parking in the park, which is very close to the beach. Will come again next time!"

"A wonderfully quiet spot, yet so close to everything, and just a 6-7 minute walk from the beach, surrounded by countless delicious eateries. The hotel lobby's thoughtful touches for kids, like fresh yellow peaches and complimentary sand toys, were a big hit. They seamlessly combined the twin beds to create a massive 2.7-meter bed, which was perfect for our family of three. Coming back each day to a comfortable hot shower with fantastic water pressure was perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Our child already asked if we could come back next time!"

"The service attitude of the front desk staff is very good, especially Xiao Liu. They also arranged free fruit for the room. The stay is very warm and there is a small robot to deliver things. I have never had such a good service attitude when staying in a hotel before. I like it so much. I will stay there again in the future. Book this hotel again."

"There are touts outside the hotel and train station. Cab is around 10 rmb to the hotel from station. Touts will charge 20rmb. Touts will ask u to go to the further great wall at 20 rmb. Then when u are there they will aggressively tell u that it's difficult to get a cab. They will try to bring you to further places or get u to book them for a day for 100 rmb. Avoid! They will be rude when U want to go with your itinerary and they drive recklessly. There seems to be a gang of them outside. The hotel is a bit run down and needs some maintenance. The shower handle was falling off. So is the lift railings. Other than that it is clean. supper and breakfast was disappointing if u are from Malaysia or Singapore."
