I reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.

I recently had breakfast at the Holiday Inn in Mayur Vihar, and it was easily the highlight of my morning. The meal was served at Café on 3, which has a lovely, upscale ambiance with peaceful views of the outdoor pool. The breakfast buffet is incredibly expansive and caters to every palate. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff was attentive without being intrusive; special thanks to the team for their polite and helpful service throughout the meal. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and provided a very relaxing environment to start the day.

We loved our stay at Enrise by Sayaji. A very clean and well maintained property, the staff is very courteous. The service is top notch. The facilities were very good too. However I would have loved to have more variety in the breakfast spread. The buffet dinner had very few options so it was an average experience for us. But the staff is kind to take suggestions and have assured us that they work on improving. We liked our stay at Enrise very much.

brekafast good, food good, location good, but one reception not helpful asked three questions. a) can i have an extra key, answer i can' help. b) can you call a taxi for me, answer i can't help. c) can you make a restaurant reservation, answer i can't help. basically they do not want to help at all at the front counter. behavior of young reception , not interested to resolve customers needs.

Very nice staff and being the only and best hotel in this area makes it easy but with a high standard Unfortunately the ongoing construction besides makes some noise but it’s covered well by the hospitality of the staff and also having great offers

I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time). Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option! The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard.

I am writing to share my feedback on my recent stay at hotel tip top international the hotel booked by our head office, shree aggro group. The location of the hotel, situated on the pune-mumbai highway, is incredibly convenient and easy to access, making it an ideal spot for we had breakfast at the hotel, and i must say, the food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The variety and quality were impressive. The amenities provided were also top-notch, and i was especially pleased with the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms. There are many kinds of breakfast, the food is very fresh, located near the airport, a little farther away from the city, you can take a tuk tuk ride and experience the crowdedness of India. The hotel can call a taxi, but the price is more than twice the price.

Not a 4 star level hotel. No one to take the luggage to the room, not even guiding where the room is. ”Here is your key, thank you”. Bathroom doors in the room dont have locks from outside so they stay open all the time, our bathroom was full of foul smell, cockroach, and bad lighting. Though after we requested they changed our room, the later one was better. But definitely not a 4 star hotel.
