Top quality facilities with a fantastic staff all around (Lovely front desk team, very professional, same for the Restaurant staff). 5mns walk from the tram, brand new building nicely and thoughtfully decorated. Comfy bed, clean rooms (Great job from the floor staff and wonderful smile and greetings everytime), very pleasant breakfast and fast wifi. Will return with no doubt. Thank you all.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful riad in Rabat. Rooms were clean, light and provided airconditioned heating since the weather in December can be cold. Breakfast is well served and people are very helpful.

It was our first experience of residence in Riad, and I was vainly experiencing what would be cold, uncomfortable and unusual. On the contrary, here turned out to be surprisingly comfortable and truly atmospheric! The room had everything needed (even local body cosmetics) and the air conditioner was perfectly heated at night and slept very comfortable. We were met with tea and coffee, and breakfast was particularly pleasant the beginning of the next day. The car was left on an indoor parking space only in 5 minutes walking very convenient. The location is just perfect: a quiet green street, and at the same time right in the middle where there is literally everything better not to think. The service is very intimate and everything needs to be met as much as possible. The location is very convenient. Go out and turn right and then turn left and go straight for about 1km. It is Rabat Ville train station. It is not necessary to take a train taxi. Very recommended. tips: If you walk to the Hassanta site, remember to turn right and then turn left straight (passing the Ville train station), so it takes a total of 20 minutes to walk, if you turn left, it will take nearly 40 minutes (I stepped on the pit, only to find out when I came back).

The apartment room is large and very clean Staff service is very good Breakfast is also very good There are some Chinese companies in the area, which is a very safe area The soundproofing of the room is even better if it is better.

Because we were satisfied with the environment, parking, rooms and buffet breakfast, we chose Rabat Executive Boutique Hotel twice during our stay in Morocco. The location of this hotel is also good. There are supermarkets, Italian restaurants and gas stations 100m around the hotel. It is not far from the main attractions by car😀😀😀

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to attractions. Spacious apartment. Washing machine! Choice of pillows, softer or firmer. Luggage can be left for free. Cooking and dining utensils are provided. The refrigerator is huge. Light-blocking blinds are available. Water is available in a water dispenser on the ground floor. The air conditioners worked fine. There's even a clothes dryer. Cons: The front desk is unscheduled. We waited an hour to drop off our suitcases. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out is at 11:00 AM. Check-out is at 2:00 PM in all hotels, and 12:00 PM is typical. I'd like to see them review this. There's no table cloth or dish sponge. The shower head leaks. The dishes need to be updated. One glass. One teaspoon. Any chips need to be removed. The stains on the sofa need to be cleaned, and other people's hair should be removed. A cotton rug should be placed on the floor. There are so many stains on the floor, even though we walked on them and my socks were clean. And the synthetic bedding is absolutely no good; if I'd known, I wouldn't have ordered it. I scratched myself all night. This is the most expensive room.

Best place for stay for several days. Clean apartment, spacious place, functioning washer and heater.

Overall it's average. I chose this hotel based on the pictures, but the hygiene and service are average. I won't stay there next time. The breakfast is also average. The overall feeling is not very good

This program was great to take.a.trip to Atlas mountains and an edge of Sahara desertt.in a short period. Even take to Fes as.an end point. Riding a camel was a.big and memorable fun. The one night hotel accommodation and its food was good. Spending one night at a camp was good. Whilst the tent was not an old style I had expected but a today's cheap one, it was acceptable. Only regret was the guide and driver had a weak voice cause fatigue.
