But because we wore the bathrobe from our friend's room back to our room, our room was cleaned the next day, and the bathrobe that was missing from our friend's room was probably taken away by the aunt, and then the hotel suspected that we stole the bathrobe... It took a long time to argue! Because we had to catch up with the next trip, it was a good time to spend money to avoid disaster during the Chinese New Year!
Fortunately, Ctrip's customer service is reliable! ! They solved it for us online quickly!

No toothbrush and toothpaste, only one pair of slippers, hair dryer, no water boiling equipment. Extra items are charged separately, it is recommended to bring your own.
The hotel has a restaurant, breakfast buffet, 890 rubles per person. Open until about 11 o'clock in the evening.
Luggage storage is free.
The staff can speak English and there is an elevator.

ТТатаГогоБыстрое заселение, удобная парковка, хороший завтрак, вкусный кофе. Вечером в ресторане ужинала - приятное обслуживание. Номер чистый, но скромный. Красивый вид из окна на ели. В номере всё чисто, белоснежное белье, полотенца, халат. Мне было холодно в номере, обогреватель спас. Интернет всё время вылетал - было некомфортно работать.

MMoniyuyuA taxi to the hotel was already 6:30 pm. There was no waiter reception at the entrance, and a few luggage was pushed by themselves. Arrived on the floor, no lights were on, very dim. The room is OK, in fact, it is an executive suite, it is a bit too much to call a presidential suite. The living room and bathroom have heating, the room is not open, you have to open it yourself.

WWoxihuanyoulaiyouquI don't know where the hotel reception is. I waited downstairs for an hour and was able to meet a waiter to check me in. There was nothing else to do except waiting downstairs. The phone was answered by a robot.
Other aspects were good. We lived in Room 73 on the 7th floor. The room was spacious and bright, and the sofa bed could accommodate 4 people. The kitchen was suitable for cooking and had complete tableware. There was a supermarket downstairs, which was convenient for shopping.
