Traveling with my child, I chose the best-located hotel in the city. From the room, we had a fantastic view overlooking the Royal Palace and the Mekong River, and safety was also a major plus. The front desk staff were proficient in both English and Chinese. Breakfast was delicious, even offering Chinese-style noodles. In the evenings, we enjoyed dinner at the iconic skybar on the rooftop, and the prices were very reasonable. When my son got hungry in the middle of the night, we ordered room service pasta, and it was absolutely excellent!

Room was a family suite and it was cozy for family of 3-4 but note that there is only 1 bathroom. So for family with older kids may not be the best. Otherwise facilities are amazing. Staffs are super attentive and friendly. Service is promopt. Food is delicious in all restaurants!

Exceptional service and food choices. Absolutely delightful hospitality and interior design. Elevator operation is thoughtful and offers unqiue privacy. Dining quality is only matched by the brilliant city view at that elevation only to be found in Rosewood. For international traveller, it's value for money if we allow ourselvs to splurge a little.

The Sky Arts International Hotel in Phnom Penh generally offers high-quality services. The rooms are spacious with balconies, providing a very comfortable stay. The location is lovely and as you arrive there’s a real wow feeling.  The service is excellent and the whole team are delightful. The pool was beautiful and the gardens were really lovely.  It was really quiet when we were there so the restaurant was often empty besides us which  felt a bit strange. The food was fine but could have been hotter, it felt that presentation took priority over heat. The prices in the restaurant seemed quite high. I love the idea that this place is eco friendly however if guests are expected to top up water bottles the water stations should be clean and inviting. The gym was a bit scruffy and not inviting but then I wasn’t there for that!  The place is relatively new however there were definite signs of the rooms being tired  but I think if cleaned more would make the place look spectacular - which I guess is the desired effect. Eg. Our courtyard was very scruffy and not welcoming. The TV wasn’t working and the windows in the apartment desperately needed cleaning.  Some little touches and attention to detail would bring this back to the 5* glory that it should be.  Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope that the management team take my comments on board because I think it could be fabulous.

This is my 2nd time at the Sokha in Phnom Penh and both times were fantastic. I will stay again for sure. The rooms are incredible - clean - huge - high ceilings, great view. My friends and I referred to it as “the palace” the first time. It is so luxurious and a wonderful treat. The pool is clean and enormous. The workout room is clean, open with a nice view and has fantastic machines. The spa is lovely. They have several restaurants. I cannot resist the rooftop and only chose that one. Prices were reasonable for the value. The staff is so friendly. Senh at the front desk took extra care to make sure I was comfortable. It is on the “other” side of the river but you can cross on the car ferry for 25 cents (R1000)and are right in all the action on the other side. Sorry I forgot to take room photos but here is the pool and view from my room!

Location: Situated opposite the old airport, about an hour's drive from the new airport. Downstairs there's a VM Mall with a few Chinese restaurants and a supermarket; however, the Chinese restaurants are quite expensive (it seems all Chinese restaurants in Cambodia are pricey). Room: The room was spacious and relatively new, with excellent amenities, comparable to hotels of the same caliber in China. The disposable razor provided with the toiletries was terrible; I used it once and cut my skin in over three places, and it bled for a long time before stopping. Breakfast: Quite good, satisfying. Facilities: The swimming pool was quite large, but unfortunately, I didn't get to use it this time. The gym was small with basic equipment, but it was functional enough. Service: The front desk staff spoke fluent Chinese and were polite. Satisfactory.

We had a wonderful stay at JD Polman Hotel. The facilities were great, the rooms were comfortable, and the service was exceptional. Perfect choice for families!”

Residence room is not like phone ,but the manager help to upgrade it , do we got a wonderful stay and get a better view! Morning buffet is good!

Every time I visit Phnom Penh, I stay at this hotel. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful. The pool and gym are clean. The hotel staff are enthusiastic, and the parking security guards are amiable. The foot massage parlor on the first floor of the hotel is also really nice! Plus, there are so many mango trees in the garden outside. It's also very close to the Royal Palace, less than 200 units away.
