We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very nice and staff is friendly. We ate at the restaurant, in the hotel, and it was delicious. Hotel is close to all the shops. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel to stay at! The restaurant is fantastic! Near everything! Perfect for anyone wanting to make a weekend getaway and do a little of every everything! Outside fireplace areas are warm and toasty! And a perk is a distillery and brewery right across the street.

Beautiful hotel but terribly uncomfortable beds and bedding. This needs to improve for the value to be there. Would not stay again.

Wonderful hotel. Restaurant is excellent. Service was terrific. Great location. Ammenities are minimal. No ice machine (need to call room service for bucket of ice), small toiletries, single sheet Kleenex. We expected more for the cost of a room.

The location is great. The restaurant is fantastic.
Loved the rooftop hot tub.
The beds pillow and blankets are terrible. The beds are as hard as a rock.

Loved the location.
Excellent staff, restaurant on site is fantastic!
Rooms are small, poorly furnished.
No tables- chairs beside a corner chair and ottoman. Rooms need updating,
(more light and comfort). No fridge, Microwave. You only feel like you can sleep there.

We has the BEST experience at Hotel Crosby!!! Our room was incredible and the facility was top notch. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We will definitely be coming back and suggesting this hotel to our friends.

Was expecting more comfort and service items, no ice, beds were hard, food was not-so-good.
My fault thinking 'Boutique" and the price would be upscale.
Whoops, just not for us we miss the fridge and the closet which usually has an iron and laundry bag. Parking in the back of the hotel was befuddling.
