The place is clean, odor-free, with a great view and convenient transportation. However, the hotel has few facilities, mainly the lobby restaurant. There are always groups staying here, probably because it is a favorite of travel agencies.

We were in Strasbourg for 4 days and were very impressed. The welcome at the hotel was very warm. Everything was explained in a very friendly manner (city map/parking/sights, etc.) The room was fine, clean and charmingly furnished. There is a kettle so you can make coffee or tea at any time. The bathroom is very modern and clean. Small note: we were missing a power socket here. The breakfast buffet is very extensive. We would particularly like to praise the extremely friendly, multilingual staff at the reception and at the breakfast buffet. That is no longer a given these days. Otherwise, the hotel is relatively central to the sights. You don't need a car or public transport. Conclusion: Everything was to our complete satisfaction and we would recommend the hotel without hesitation

You must take the roomservice menu on the table and go downstairs to find the staff on duty at the front desk and ask them to recommend dishes to you. I ate two dinners and one breakfast in the room, and I was not disappointed [Much better than the central restaurant, and very cheap] In addition to the staple food, I also ordered wine and dessert. The two dinners totaled only 34 euros. [Central’s poor stew dinner cost me 30 euros] I heard the staff say that this is a family hotel, and the people who are in charge of managing the cooking are all family members. There are only five people. Two cleaning aunts have also worked here for more than 15 years. All the service staff have a very good service attitude. The organization atmosphere is very retro and stable. The hotel can accommodate an extra bed, I remember 10 euros per person; it is suitable for parents with children; the breakfast is quite satisfactory, and the experience is still very good; the hotel is located very close to the city center, I walked to the cathedral and the square during the day without looking at the map at night Can remember the way. Next time, for this hotel, I will bring friends to go there again and experience a delicious meal in a double room~

Great location, spacious rooms. This room has a small kitchen, a set of utensils, a refrigerator, and an electric stove. A large and comfortable bed, clean sheets, a combined bathroom, all the equipment in the bathroom are in good condition, and the hot water pressure is good. Wi-Fi is only near the reception, but it is fast. 24 hours reception. I recommend it to everyone.

We just got engaged here in Residence Inn! Amazing hotel for couples who enjoy cooking, also easy to park our car right next to hotel! Breakfast is good but more vegetarian options will be even better!

The hotel was nice and clean, great services in a quiet area. The amenities were not the most modern but everything required was there and clean. Very great stay.
