Ottima posizione in area pedonale. Vicinissima al centro. Struttura accogliente e personale gentile. Colazione ricca e molto varia. Tornerei volentieri al clap clap

The hotel is 100 meters away from the train station, just across the road. The cleanliness is OK, it has a sense of design, and the mattress is comfortable, but the elevator is very small, and can only take one person and one luggage at a time. I don't like the iron coffee table, and the bedside table is also iron. There is only a picture outside the window.

This hotel locates in front of the train station and near to be Petite Village so nothing to complain about this strategic location. The hotel looks very artistic and clean. The staffs are also very friendly and supportive.

The room was perfect and clean, and the hotel is near the train and the center of Strasbourg so it's easy to walk around. The staff was very kind and helped me a lot with all the questions or services I asked for.

The location is very good, close to the train station and attractions; the service is warm and professional, and the bar below makes people feel friendly; the room is not big but very comfortable, and the facilities are simple but impeccable.

Location of the hotel is strategic as I was looking for a hotel near the train station as I didn’t wanna haul my two big heavy suitcases further than that, and for that I had a next train to catch near noon time. While the room and the bathroom were not big, they were sufficient. Other than that, there was not a lot of other facilities to mention. The reception staffs could have put on more friendly faces actually which would make the staying experience more pleasant. I am not sure why there was a need to press the door bell so that the counter staff could open the door every time when entering the hotel. Worth mentioning is the higher than expected break first. Breads, coffee, cheese, cereal, fruits etc were all provided and they tasted great. For the price point, I think it is great for value.

Good location, suitable for traveling and traveling the next day. Close to the station and tourist attractions, you can walk from the hotel.

Location is superb,  convenient to go to everywhere. Room is clean and quiet, small but enough for me. Staff are very friendly and professional Good performance price. I will come back..

Breakfast is very good, comfortable, location is good, service is good, there is a small balcony to see the street view, you can help me late check out, there is a small supermarket across the road, walk for a long time, the main attractions have been around, there is a folk museum worth seeing

The place is lovely, very close to the train station and the staffs are friendly. We even got a free room upgrade for our honeymoon there. Definitely would recommend a stay there! :)
