設施很舊，給我們一間角落房，窗外就是個滿是垃圾的平台，廁所水箱還是沒蓋的那種。估計好房型都留給俄羅斯人了，前台全是俄文的告示，説得好聽就是歡迎海外友人，難聽點就是挺崇洋媚外，專做外國人的生意。附近沒有什麼大超市，飯館步行去也挺遠。停車門口沒有專門的停車位，停在旁邊黑不溜秋的巷子裏，交警可能會抄牌，供自駕遊的朋友參考。

Отель на одну ночь, постельное белье как будто не меняют, в ванной комнате страшно ходить босиком. Если вам нужен отель для отдыха, то этот однозначно не подходит

綏芬河是個俄羅斯風情濃厚的城市，新紀元大廈位置好，周邊路邊可以免費停車，逛街購物吃飯都很方便，雖然設備設施有點老舊，但床品乾淨舒適，八月下旬晚上已經很涼爽了，睡覺時打開窗户沒有空調也沒問題。

房間挺大的，佈置成婚房的樣子，也乾淨，確實挺不錯。衞生間也挺好，就是淋浴頭漏水。周圍吃飯購物非常方便，停車也方便。睡下沒多久，旁邊房間來了一批客人，吵醒了，太沒素質了。

Снимал номер 02.012023-семьей 5человек,4 кровати в номере -тепло,вода есть -цена сказка 2000р за 5человек,из недостатков -нет холодильника,в номере глаз сломаешь.но цена и расположение огонь,администратор заранее вызвал такси до ж.д вокзала на 5.50 утра ,машина приехала вовремя 15 юаней
