Out of town 5* hotel. Quiet beach, decent pool and sauna. Excellent service and new rooms. The suites are especially good. Highly recommend!

We were allowed to check inn very early. The hotel is luxurious, modern and semi-western. Location is right on the beach. Breakfast was amazing. Lovely hotel manager called Helen sorted
out any problems. She speaks English. We were allowed to check out late. Rooms are comfy and spacious. The view from the sea view room was great. Overall really recommend this hotel 😊

I had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was so convenient having the beautiful beach located just behind the hotel. It was just a shame that the pool was not open until July!

住了好幾次的酒店，一如既往的好。這次的服務前台魏思夢小姐姐甜美可愛，熱情周到，提出表揚～小馬小童樂園的郭丹對孩子照顧有加，孩子們都很喜歡她。希望酒店越來越好！

環境：真是無可挑剔、起來第一眼可以看到大海🌊心情真美.
服務：服務真的是無可挑剔，從到門口，有給開車門拉行李的、辦理入住有一位服務人員特別熱情對孩子很有耐心，特意留意一下他的名牌叫李家信五星服務.
環境：住了這麼多酒店、進門就感覺大氣心情舒服很多，在大廳還可以觀海真的感覺心特別敞亮.
小馬小童樂園體驗券:小馬樂園也不錯值得體驗、鏡子迷宮把孩子玩的不亦樂乎、還要帶爸爸去探索.

我們錯峯出行，大概是入住率低，這個酒店不給開中央空調，房間裏像蒸籠，太差了！早飯太糊弄事兒了，還標價138，有多***！房間內的玻璃隔斷上全是陳年水漬，根本就沒打掃過！

強烈推薦這裏，離海邊非常近，配套小童遊樂園、游泳池、室外游泳池、下午茶和自助晚餐還有駐唱，最關鍵可以放煙花，非常滿意這次旅程。

差評，衞生很差，到處蒼蠅，告訴服務員就用手扇一下，屋內都是黑色小飛蠅，特別難受。床單被罩皺皺的不乾淨，底邊黑的，宣傳單就放床上。衞生間異味特別大。前台安排房型特別隨意，沒有商量就被調整房間，跟網上預訂的圖片完全不同，預訂是豪華海景房，入住時告訴下午三點半以後才能入住，入住後根本看不到海，衹能看到沒有水的游泳池，頂多就是園景房，感覺前台騙人都不眨眼，説給升級了，升級應該越升越好，來綏中為了看海，誰為了住酒店，而且升級後客廳異形無窗、一個關禁閉似的小黑屋，多個小黑屋、沒有海景，卻被告知給升級了，沒經過同意就升級了，真的很隨意，入住時衞生沒打掃完，特別臟。三點多入住，第二天十一點就催促離店
