The hotel is a bit further from the airport than I expected. Reception, lounge and breakfast area are located on 4th floor. Rooms are on upper floors. My room was large, clean and the bathroom looked newly renovated and very nice. Water pressure was good. TV cable worked. Landline did not work. Wake up call by means of knocking on the door was not done despite being requested. Breakfast was buffet style though limited (beef patties, omelette patties, DIY waffles, cereals, yogurt, tea/coffee). For an evening meal, if you don't want to walk to some eateries, as the area is not quite safe, there are a few delivery options... Flyer menus are at the reception and in your room. I did not order, so don't know the quality of food. Free shuttle was on time. The hotel was good for an overnight stay.

It’s a very average hotel, although the facilities are very complete. The room is big and facing the sea. The view is good, but it’s an old hotel. The air conditioner is very noisy, and the one in the living room is broken. Ask someone to fix it, but it’s not cold at all because it’s a central air conditioner that can’t be repaired. Fortunately, the weather is cool at night. Anyway, I will definitely not choose this hotel next time.

I think the airport shuttle should at least do rounds twice an hour, we couldn't take the shuttle from the airport because we would have had to wait 30 min with two small children

The property and staff was okay. We picked this place because we had a 6 am flight and they advertised an airport shuttle only to find out when we checked in that the shuttle service starts at 6 am. So we had to find a different way to the airport.

The Comfort Inn & Suites Miami Internacional Airport advertised the shuttle service 24 hours but there is no shuttle service from 12 am to 6 am. My international flight was leaving at 6 am so I just left the hotel at 11:00 pm the same night I had checked in. In other words i was charge for a night that i could not stay due to the shuttle service.

Hotel was great.. along with the breakfast they offered.
The shuttle from the airport was horrible, they drove by us one time, we had to wait over an hour for the next one to come by.

Hotel was nice and clean. Great that they offer airport pickup and cruise drop off but no tourist attractions around this area you would have to Uber. They offer a few items for breakfast but it wasn’t much. IHOP, McDonald and Subway very close by.
