Hotel is clean with basics. There is no laundry service provided.

Ask for family room and inform inthe morning before attend but staff never say anything. Until I checked-in they say family room was full and provide 2 rooms. It such a not impress way to deal the problems

แอร์ในห้องจะไม่ค่อยเย็นเวลานอนเพราะตำแหน่งของแอร์จะวางอยู่ในตำแหน่งปลายเตียงนอน ส่วนห้องนอนกว้างสบายมาก ห้องน้ำกว้าง อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยดีค่ะ

เราจองกับโรงแรมนี้ครั้งแรก ปกติพัก B2 แต่เนื่องจากเต็มเลยลองจองที่พักที่นี่ เราไปเช็คอินบ่าย 15.30 พนักงานแจ้งว่ายังเช็คอินไม่ได้ เราก็ งง แล้วถามซ้ำอีกรอบ พนักงานบอกว่าห้องยังทำความสะอาดไม่เสร็จ รอ 16.00 ถึงจะเข้าไปเช็คอินได้ แล้วเราต้องมาเช็คอินเพื่อไปธุระต่อ พอ16.00 เราเลยเดินไปเช็คอิน พนักงานก็บอกว่ายังเช็คอินไม่ได้ยังไม่เสร็จ คืออะไร ที่นี่คือที่แรกแห่งประเทศไทยนะทุกคน ที่เราเคยเจอโรงแรมที่เช็คอิน16.30 คือแม่บ้านก็ยืนเล่นโทรศัพท์ พนักงานต้อนรับก็แก้ไขปัญหาไม่ได้ บอกเลยว่า โรงแรมนี้เราไปครั้งเดียวแล้วไม่อยากให้นักท่องเที่ยวคนอื่นเจอเหมือนกัน หา โรงแรมอื่นดีกว่าคะ ที่เดียวที่แรกที่สุราษฏ์
