It’s my first time to go on vacation to the Gold Coast🏖️It’s really comfortable to see the scenery of the hotel every morning. It feels like I’m in Hawaii🌺. You can also cook in the hotel room. The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware🍴 and oven. There is a swimming pool outside, and You can take a bath in the spa. On the first day when you arrived, it was really great to take a bath while looking at the stars in the sky after a long journey. Make breakfast every morning, sit outside and deal with work, drink coffee and look at the courtyard of South Asian trees, leaving all your worries behind. The subway for traveling to the Gold Coast is only 3 minutes away, the beach is 7 minutes away, and the supermarket is about 5 minutes away. It is really convenient. Really have a great memory in this hotel.

This appartement was very dirty. There were dust, muld and grease all over the place. Smelled like fungus. The fans were coveret in dust and grease. The appartment cold not have been properly cleaned for months, Even years. Outside by the grill it was very dirty also, crawling with white maggot. Disgusting place.Had to leave do too allergic reaction and difficulties to breathe. Did not Get a refund.

Dirty appartment, mold and fungu and dust all over the place. My husband got an allergic reaction after few minutts. Tried to Get refund, but were denied. I dont recommend it to anyone. We had to leave the place🤢

No-one was at reception or in the office. We were given two single beds positioned together instead of a queen bed even though we requested a queen bed. The stairwell and parts of the apartment smells of urine, most likely due to the old carpet. Management should remove all carpet, especially in high traffic areas to get rid of the stench. The washing machine was old, broken and leaked water out onto the bathroom floor. Could not wash my clothes and had to mop it all up on our last day. The sofa bed was uneven and not very comfortable for the kids. The welcome information guide needs to be updated. The apartments needs a renovation. On the positive side, the resort had a nice tropical facade. The apartment had clean bedding, linen, towels, cooking utensils, air conditioning, secure parking, free internet, foxtel, spa and swimming pool. Location was not too bad in between surfers paradise and broadbeach. The beds were comfortable but having two single beds instead of a queen was not ideal.

Do not stay here it is disgusting! Filthy dirty ! Mould everywhere! They should not be allowed to operate ! Mould everywhere,dirty cupboards and nothing had been cleaned !very old furniture and broken cupboards and stained carpet ! Doors were dirty and light switches were dirty ,how dare they take good money for this dive !
