It was my first time staying at this hotel and I was very pleased. Staff was nice and the hotel is very clean. Good breakfast too.

The hotel is fairly new and well kept. The pool is over chlorinated and really dried out the kids hair and skin.
I read there were snacks but that was not a thing. No complementary coffee or anything in the lobby and the small coffee pot in the room was filthy.
The biggest complaint was the location of the room. Room 307 was directly by the elevator. Every time someone rode the elevator the beds shook and when we were trying to sleep, our heads would vibrate. And it was constant.
The location of the hotel is great. Conveniently located to the outlets, nice restuarants, and the beaches. Almost everyone was friendly. The kids had fun. So overall it was ok. I was just disappointed by the location of the room and the pool.

Our room was very comfortable. Beds were firm and clean. Liked the sofa for an extra place to sit. Coffee and tea station was a nice addition. There was even a wine opener. Bathrooms were clean.

Our stay at the Hyatt was great! The hotel was so beautiful and clean and the staff at the front desk were super friendly! We loved our room. It was spacious and just had everything we needed for our family of four to stay the night. Highly recommend!

This was perhaps one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. They also had one of the best breakfasts we’ve had at a hotel. Definitely a must stay.

Best free breakfast ever, well-equipped workout room, comfortable bed. My only sour note was the house sauvignon blanc at the bar…not so hot. Overall, very nice hotel.

We come to visit our daughter and it is in a convenient location to Lewes. We have come multiple times and it is very nice place with great service.
We ddnt like the handicapped equipment in the shower. They shouldnt include this if we dont ask for it
