We had an outstanding staycation at Garrya. The room was luxurious, the staff were very friendly kind and knowledgeable. Loved cycling around the lake. Breakfast was abundant. The chefs made a special effort to cook poached eggs perfectly. We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool and onsen. The natural surroundings helped us to feel peaceful. Also had a lot of fun in the photo session. Thank you and we will certainly come back again and recommend to our friends。

酒店挺新，感受也不錯。但是，我們入住沒多久出現了馬桶反水，搞出來一地都是，別提了…服務人員也幫忙給調換了房間，處理的還算及時。

整個旅行最超出預期的事情就是定了悦柳，環境真的非常好，遊樂設施包括游泳池和小園林都可以玩很長時間，不管是長者還是年輕人都可以享受到度假的感覺，下次來陽澄湖遊玩還會來這裏，服務也很周到！

帶着爸媽定了兩間團購房，入住都給升級了，但分了兩張訂單，給了一個五樓一個一樓，問題也不大
就是一樓那間晚上發現有蟲子，打給前台倒是態度很好的立馬給處理換房，來幫我拿行李的時候還有工程的人員直接來檢查了，後面也有客服經理跟進電話，至少給人感覺是ok的
停車場如果沒停到比較近的位置，會有電瓶車幫忙送去停車位，這點還是可以的
房間其實挺不錯，一樓是庭院樓上是陽台，還有榻榻米的養修區
温泉白天幾乎沒人，可以獨享一個池子
游泳池小了點，多幾個小朋友就會感覺有點擠
外面花園很大，去隔壁悦榕莊可以電瓶車接送，其實也就幾步路的問題
早餐的食物稍微單調了點，而且咖啡不好喝
這樣的咖啡，如果外帶還要收10塊錢一杯（明碼標價的）之前住過的很多度假酒店都有提供免費外帶杯，這點顯得有點不大氣

房間對這園林，陽台夠大，洗澡熱水温度可能因為管子問題出水温度不均勻，沒有浴缸，酒店服務不規範，感覺沒有培訓，服務員儀容儀錶感覺沒有培訓，不過後麪看了管理人員就知道問題出在哪裡。餐飲不好，早餐一般，午餐晚餐衹能吃套餐，點菜不多，性價比不高，和悦榕在一個園林，過去看了一下也是和品牌特色不符，不過有一位為餐廳準備餐布開車的服務員給我印象很深，我和先生晚上走路他看到我們不但打招呼還站立旁邊讓我們先過，不是一次是好幾次，讓我們留下了非常好印象，這個服務員意識應該贊一個
