1、房間小，有大的房間入住的時候也不説
2、早上出門洗個衣服，和前台説幫忙拿到房間，且登記房間號和洗衣機位置了，可是我下午回來，發現衣服還在洗衣機裏，衣服也褶皺了，還有味道，導致我重新洗了一次
3、3天住完，本來想換個酒店，礙於工作出勤方便，選擇繼續續住，但手機點錯了，點了大床房，訂單成功後，我和前台説，能否升級一下，還保留現在的雙床，結果前台一個可能是主管級別，以公司規定等等為理由，非要我重新預訂雙床
我是華住的永久會員，雖然訂單是從公司平台定，但是沒感覺到會員有什麼區別
