衞生還算乾淨，阿姨也會按時打掃，價格相對比較低，周圍基礎設施完備，交通方便，還有一樓大廳的佈置我是真的喜歡，如果幾個朋友一起來，還能玩玩桌遊什麼的。
説完了優點，來説説缺點，一個可以完善的細節是，房間裏放一下餐巾紙吧，雖然廁所的衞生紙是有的，但是房間裏沒有餐巾紙，感覺不太方便。另一點則是，晚上真的很吵，基本上凌晨兩三點路上還很熱鬧，衹是住一晚到是無所謂，如果打算玩幾天的話，還是慎重考慮吧......休息不太好。不過大夏天的其實也不太建議出門，因為真的太熱了，我的命就是空調給的.jpg

環境整潔，房間佈局堪稱完美，優雅又不失情調，服務周到，讓人無比舒心。給我營造了一種家的感覺，無論大處到小處都是那麼無懈可擊，價格也很合理。房間採光不錯,衞生也搞的挺好的，房間旁邊是個小區，足夠安靜，對於我這個對睡眠質量要求比較高的人來説，感覺可以了

入住的時候沒細看出門了，回來後發現床是1.5的，圖片上是2×1.8的，下去找前台，沒有別的房間可以換了，説退十塊錢，要不然就是退房全退了。
二百七住這種，性價比真的不高……

1.老闆有兩間民宿，但是我們按導航到達正確位置後，老闆要我們自己走去另一家，原因是他們的人員沒有提前通知我們。
2.房間實際與圖片不太相符，房間和床都偏小。
3.去房間要先上電梯，再爬樓梯，再彎彎繞繞才能到達。
4.地理位置很差，離旅遊地點都很遠，遊客謹慎入住，其次靠近馬路，晚上車聲不間斷，睡眠淺的人慎住。
5.衞生很一般，至少我們入住的時候，桌上和床上都有毛髮，其餘看不見的還未知。
6.唯一的優點是出熱水很快。
