房間古香古色設施齊全，打掃乾淨整潔。離景區很近，步行幾分鐘就可以到達拙政園！前台服務周到。值得推薦。

太多要吐槽了。首先房間裏的兩瓶水竟然是高低不一的，不敢喝，很害怕。其次，到了廁所發現梳子是直接裸放在枱面上的，沒有一次性的外包裝，是上一個客人用了，忘了收嗎？接着洗澡洗一半發現沒有沐浴露，兩瓶一模一樣的棕色的竟然都是洗髮水，喊同伴去前台才拿了一瓶沐浴露。護髮素倒有兩瓶，衹是紅色那瓶是全空的，捨不得扔嗎？護髮素全日文，完全沒有中文標識，這要是長輩怎麼看得懂？前台大晚上在某音pk唱歌，不知道的還以為你們開的是ktv，不是休息的地方。對了，隔音效果為0，還能聽見前台和外賣員吵架

。。。避雷蘇州這個民宿，我們三個人去，它説因為要報備所以多收80（？現在想想真是離譜，它甚至都不檢查身份證，而且多一個人報備跟收錢有什麼關係，看我們是學生這樣騙我們嗎）躺床上一想四百多一晚的價格這種環境真是想立刻返程，，虛假宣傳隔音極差，跟它自己拍的完全不一樣也沒有可以拍照的地方！整得人心情很差😓。

隔應無敵差，房間牆根拉個簾一個作用，老闆娘在外面辦入住和放歌一清二楚。
那床好看吧，床頭多特別，兩個人一晚上加起來起碼撞十次頭，枕頭往縫裡狂跑，誰睡誰知道。
老闆娘態度不好，情侶住房弄了點水溶性的潤滑液在浴巾上，不然我擦哪呢，床單嗎？一洗就掉了，第二天擱那咄咄逼人地警告我毛巾作廢了再弄上要賠錢，你洗了嗎姐？之前住別家別説潤滑液了，經期不小心床單沾了血人家都幫忙換了，表示理解，我還很不好意思，你就這樣對待客人嗎？
環境倒是挺好的，窗景好看，位置也挺方便的，就是旁邊拙政園限行打車慢一點。
吹風機很好用，沒有瓶裝水，紙巾都很次，摳搜

房間古香古色！裝修的具有江南風格。一進門就可以聞到一股淡淡的清香味傢俱都是香樟木的。環境衞生都特別好，距離拙政園步行幾分鐘就可以到達。前台服務，細心周到。很不錯的一次入住體驗。
