房間有點舊，隔音差，外部環境比較好，如果房間再重新裝修一下，那就完美了，房間空調也比較差，沒有提高水果

房間裏餐巾紙也不放一包，打電話讓服務送也是半天沒送到，後來自己去服務中心拿的。衞生間刷牙杯衹有一個，這是 春節期間住過最差的酒店。

衹能用一言難盡，來表達我此刻的心情。
首先，酒店在一個非常漂亮的園子裏，單從酒店大堂的設計，足以感受到了酒店曾經的輝煌。
不知道是不是因為天冷，酒店過道里的門窗關的太嚴實了，加上有些住店客人的不自覺，從大堂辦理完入住手續，走進去客房的過道時，一股濃濃的香煙味撲面而來，體驗感極差。
進入房間，讚的，客房很大，很高很舒服，收拾的也非常乾淨。
早餐的自助餐，目前餐食的檔次感覺和開元曼居差不多。
餐飲業有個大忌就是上桌的碗碟一定不能有缺口，在這裏我看到了幾乎一小半的碗碟是有缺口的。
以前，酒店和靜思園園區由一座小橋連結，酒店客人進靜思園是免費的，現在，是要40元門票，也是優惠價了，門市價是70元，門票可以去酒店大堂購買，現在要從靜思園正門進園了，連結酒店的那個入口現在關了。

我們當天到的時候比較晚了，前台小哥哥服務真的是很不錯！但是我要説一下其他的事情，空調不是特別好，環境比較老舊，衞生間也不是特別乾淨！服務什麼都特別好，就是希望能改善一下總體環境，讓入住的客人更舒服最好了！

總體評價: 除了房間大，酒店自帶大庭院，其他都是槽點
細節:房間衞生沒打掃乾淨，窗台洗手間全是污垢，熱水壺居然有之前住客扔下的塑料包裝？沙發也被之前住客用香煙燙了個洞。吃早飯的時候發現自助餐全是涼的，廚師煮的麪條很澀原來沒煮熟，沒煮熟廚師還在大聲吆喝讓人以為在買路邊攤？最後退房的時候看到酒店大堂竟然屋頂漏水，而且漏水那塊地方的牆皮都脱落了。
總結:五星級的價格，一星級的環境，零星級的服務！

園林式酒店，房間很大很寬敞，設施太陳舊，而且都是灰，房間門感覺好久沒擦了，沙發椅上留有陳年的油質，窗簾幾年沒洗了吧，太臟了。好在床上用品還算乾淨，衞生設施雖舊，也算乾淨。正好碰到阿姨叔叔團，很吵，總體入住體驗不太好。建議開通直接入靜思園的通道。

酒店設施比較陳舊，老式的四星級酒店，衞生情況還算不錯。送的歡迎水果裏面蘋果還有頭髮。早飯阿姨下麪條也不帶手套，細節有待加強！環境感覺有點陳舊，綠化沒有好好修剪。停車也很混亂，門口到處都是，也沒有保安管理，隨處亂停。

現在大酒店與前十年左右來過一次真是天壤之別。原來是很好的環境現在像是無人打理，房間衞生很差，中、晚餐也不提供，衹有早餐……估計是經營艱難換了老闆。另外原靜思園與賓館有一座橋和一扇門連通，賓館住客可以免費進入，現在關閉了。進園要購70元門票，75歲以上長者才能免票，而且園內管理和衞生也是很差，亭台樓廊長年缺少養護……不值進去遊玩
