環境非常好，酒店門口都是蘇州的知名餐廳麪館，很方便，環境整潔。到了酒店後前台給我們免費升級了房間，是個驚喜。還讓服務人員特意給我們把行李送到房間門口。服務熱情周到，令人感動。臨走我還忘了物品，剛到家，酒店前台就主動打電話聯繫我，幫我快遞到家裡。實在是太感動了。以後都會住在南苑酒店。感謝所有工作人員的熱情周到服務，給你們點贊！

雖是老牌的五星酒店，服務設施依然在線。提出想要換個雙床房，不但滿足還給升級了房間。當我們走到門口問員工方向，這位男員工立即熱心提出開擺渡車送我們去北門，這樣一出門就是十全街啦。預約了酒店的參觀講解，在文化體驗官小徐的帶領下，娓娓道來酒店的起源和重要歷史事件，並穿插了許多外人不為所知的小故事，一圈走下來收穫滿滿。這是第一次來住南園，但絕對不是最後一次。

本來擔心老酒店設施舊，結果發現完全是多餘的。南園的設施一點都不陳舊，並且還處處透出老牌五星級國賓館的服務水平，一次性用品甚至電視機遙控器都是消毒密封的。房間寬敞、設施維護得很好，洗浴用品都是歐舒丹，任何你想要用的房間都安排好了，比如晾衣繩。酒店工作人員服務意識也都不錯，主動升級了房間。早餐品種豐富，豆腐花很香，雖然沒有知名南園包子但是生煎用的餡料是一樣的。古城區內這麼大面積的五星酒店屬於稀缺資源，附件可以逛的地方非常多，十全街、滄浪亭、網師園都很近，暑假裏蘇州織造署也可以預約遊覽，看到江南第一奇石瑞雲峯。從南園出發都是步行可達。

房間很好 床品很好 一點污漬都沒有
老牌星級酒店那麼多年了 地毯也維護的很好沒有讓人覺得很臟 雖然週末價格有點溢價
但是總體還是很滿意的
唯一就是淋浴間比較老套了 沒有頂噴 總覺得不是很衞生。還好浴缸有個頂部花灑🚿 可以洗澡 對於潔癖的人來説有點難受
最後前台小謝態度很好 提供的早餐服務也很好 謝謝

這次帶家人來，酒店還升級了房間，所以必須給個好評 誇誇☺️，歡迎水果，小食 ，咖啡 茶，這些標配是有的，歐舒丹的洗漱也不錯，還贈送了刺綉的小包。早餐的餐廳圍繞香樟樹，很別緻！離網師園100多米，走路四分鐘可以到達，，打車去蘇博也方便！好評推薦！
