住之前忘記拍照了 退房之前又太亂了就沒拍照 和朋友住的8412房間（別的房間不知道和我的一不一樣）房間大小還行的 但是沒商家圖片那麼大 過道能放三個箱子還可以過人這個樣子 衣架也多 洗了衣服一晚上也幹了
設施：床不軟不硬的 很正好 枕頭也有兩個一高一矮 兩個床旁邊都有牀頭櫃也有插座 小桌子也挺大 可以在那兒吃飯 有靠牆的椅子還有一個活動的凳子 燈什麼的也好使 有小度語音智控挺方便 空調製冷很快 屋子沒一會兒就涼快了 贊贊贊！浴室淋浴水流很大 一直有熱水 真的好評好評！ 也沒有堵的情況 什麼都不缺這個樣子 啊還有燒水壺 但是沒用一直喝的瓶裝水 小桌子上還有小零食和茶壺茶杯茶包
衞生：很乾凈 可能會有一兩根頭髮都可以接受 其他都很好
環境：在道邊的酒店 很好找 還有停車場 附近有個小超市 華潤萬家吧 忘記了
服務：和前台也沒什麼交流 就是很正常的服務 客房打掃還是不錯的 和朋友白天出門 回來之後屋子的垃圾就都被帶走了 拖鞋也都換了兩雙新的 住了三晚每天都會換 垃圾袋也都換 低也掃乾淨 礦泉水沒了也及時補上兩瓶（康師傅的）還有手紙是紙抽也會補充
就這些 希望能幫到大家 （就是第三天續住的時候因為林俊傑演唱會房價漲到四百多 心在滴血）

設施：房間不大，但是設施一應俱全，還有自動創窗簾。這個價位還是蠻驚喜的。
衞生：乾淨整潔，一早出門遇到樓層服務員就主動詢問是否打掃房間，晚上回來打掃的蠻乾淨的。
環境：交通便利，出門幾步路就到地鐵口了。
服務服務蠻及時的，離店忘記索要發票了，聯繫了前台立馬給開具了。

前台小姐姐人超級好，特別是酒店單數號碼的窗外景色超好，陽光很好，酒店幾百米距離有地鐵站，離滄浪亭、網師園、盤門景區都很近，交通便捷，樓下還有電動車租車，去哪都很方便

設施：我覺得酒店設施齊全，房間裏面裝修也很別有風味，也很智能化，還有小度
衞生：非常非常差，差得一塌糊塗，一開始開了一間，浴室外面的簾子上特別臟，打電話到前台，換了一間，結果還是同樣的問題，但是我朋友説不想折騰了，累了，就和我換了一下房間，結果那間房間簾子倒是乾淨的，床單和被套上都是油漬，無語了，也不想折騰了，幸好我們自己帶了一次性的床上用品四間套，總之，就很差很差
環境：環境還可以，雖然外面看着不起眼，但是裏面裝修得是真的不錯
服務：前台服務很好

價格：提前預訂的200+的價格很合適，節日期間漲價比較嚴重。
環境：周邊比較安靜，離地鐵站4號線很近，去火車站和景點都方便，附近有家麪館味道不錯。
服務：中午到的，前台給升級了家庭套房，升級後的房間很寬敞，好評哦！
衞生：正常水平，不要特別苛刻，都是OK的。空調聲音有點吵，躺了一會給關了。

交通還算便利500米左右地鐵，出門公交，和十全街平行，就在一條街的距離，離文廟古玩城也不遠，房間衞生間缺了一扇門，遺憾。房間其他中規中矩，衞生有改進空間，地上發現一個死蟑螂。

位置在姑蘇區 去景點都很方便 出門不遠就是公交站 坐地鐵也可以！環境不錯一進去就有花香 房間很乾凈 熱水很多洗澡可以放心洗 暖風也有 超級棒 店家也很好 不會有多餘的事 放心住就完了 十分推薦！

很精緻的一家酒店，到處擺滿了鮮花，有芍葯月季好多種類的花。拍照很出片。退房的時候掉了一件衣服前台也會打電話過來告知。離盤門景點很近。
