One of the many hotels in China with worn-out facilities. Service was excellent, but that is where most of the good things end.
I am always stunned by the lack of commitment from management when it comes to room maintenance in China. Take a look at the photo below.

房間乾淨整潔，入住前貼心的致電詢問幾人入住幾點到店，果然打開房門就看到酒店提前多放置了一雙拖鞋和牙具以及被子，細節之處體現了酒店的用心服務，另外酒店的餐廳也很棒，菜品口味很好，價格實惠，五一期間一億人來蘇州旅遊仍有這麼好的服務真心不易，退房時還給夫人和女兒贈送了茉莉花手串，更加要加分。

早多年來蘇州，曾入住過書香酒店集團的客房，印象深刻，這次憑記憶就繼續選住。大堂布置温馨，充滿文化氣息。餐廳飲食很有蘇州地方特色，而且乾淨衞生，花樣很多。客房卧具舒適，面積也大，一點不侷促，還有歡迎水果，體驗感很好！

酒店位置很好找，月亮湖地鐵站出來走路過來6，7分鐘。入住很快，房間非常乾淨，酒店有送茉莉花手串與小零食，整體服務非常周到，下次仍會考慮入住。

來蘇州旅遊再三挑選選擇了這家酒店，果然沒讓我失望，酒店地理位置還不錯，房間很乾凈衞生也很寬敞，牆紙也非常江南婉約風，沐浴露味道非常好聞。因為到的比較晚，等回去時候房間裏也貼心的備好了一袋小零食，前台的小哥哥小姐姐服務非常好，講話也温温柔柔的非常耐心，客房續住打掃也非常認真，第二天床單被套都幫我們換了。外賣可以讓機器人送到房間很方便，退房的時候還贈送了洗漱用品。總體非常滿意，推薦入住！

入住體驗很好，房間很寬敞，床很大，也很軟，還有幾本書陶冶情操。一次性用具也準備的非常齊全，離店的時候還有小禮物，非常nice。

房間挺寬敞的，衞生條件可以。
一樓就有奧灶麪可以吃，味道不錯。
自助早餐也有紅湯麪，薄餅是脆邊的也不錯。
前台接待很棒，給小朋友還送了小禮物。
