春節帶小孩去蘇州灣和動物園等玩，住石湖金陵位置正好。酒店服務好、環境好、房間好、早餐好、停車好，前台美女帥哥們熱情好客，很滿意。

其他沒啥想吐槽。但作為一個五星酒店，你房內安裝了三頭充電線起碼定期檢查下每個頭是否可以正常使用吧，我這次遇到壞的想問前台借線結果告知沒有，也是第一次遇到衹能去大堂借充電寶的星級酒店，硬生生扣了6塊不説主要來回上下樓挺麻煩的。如果想創收呢，我給個建議，去採購點充電線放在房間有償使用我覺得也能接受，如果實在沒錢採購可不可以把共享充電寶放在電梯口，我穿着睡衣下去摸索租借地點蠻尷尬的，而且位置還是在最尷尬的大堂。還有送水服務再培訓下吧，上次通知前台送水直到退房都沒送，這次麼通知後一小時服務員來送水果了，樓層阿姨才想到要給我水。都是舉手之勞的事，給點建議，不求有多**的服務，衹求不要太麻煩就行，謝謝

國慶假期酒店太難選了，最終挑了這家星級不錯價格也能接受的酒店。沒想到超值超驚喜。
入住時前台王玲小姐姐給升級了豪華湖景大床房，房間非常大還有浴缸。準備了歡迎水果和酒店的自製酸奶，酸奶非常細膩好喝，強烈建議加入酒店早餐😄
床頭有張小卡片，繪製了酒店周邊的主幹道地圖，供跑步或散步時作為參考。
酒店早餐非常值得一誇，是同等價位酒店中最豐盛的一家，熱炒菜也非常好吃，一點不糊弄；性價比超級高了。

我是個不吝於給好評的人，但這家酒店確實和心理預期大相徑庭
1.酒店大堂，辦理入住的前台真的很小，前台業務水平也很一般，問一些有關代洗衣物的情況，表示不是很清楚，也沒有服務員幫忙拿行李什麼的，1400的房價，這種服務確實有點拉胯
2.電梯，一進電梯一股香煙味，令人作嘔，且不要求有多麼高端的香氛味，至少不要有異味吧
3.客房，我訂的是套房，會客廳本就面積不大，硬塞進一張麻將桌，從地毯到牆面，都殘留着一股二手煙的焦油味，可見這張麻將桌上的輸贏不少了，床很寬，卻很短，就看上去很怪異，淋浴花灑的的水一會熱一會冷，牙刷刷毛很硬，一不小心就能刷到牙齦出血，牙膏也很low，蓋子頂部的尖端要很用力才能穿透牙膏的封口
4.餐廳，電梯內沒有早餐廳指示樓層，辦理入住時前台也未告知餐廳位置，且不説早餐有多low，味道有多爛吧，餐廳地上全是污漬，和掉落的食物殘渣，服務員經過多次無人打掃，進餐廳無服務員領位，清理餐桌的服務員傾倒剩餘食物時多次將食物和筷子掉落在地上
綜上述該酒店是我住過最爛的五星，也是體驗感最差的一次住宿

一般不愛評論，但這次確實影響到旅遊心情。西曬房間很悶熱，空調形同虛設，不能降温，即使開窗，酒店給出風扇，也依舊無濟於事。低樓層的一個房間就在一個排風口上面有噪音。其中1間房淋浴房地漏堵塞。反正體驗不是很好。當然也不怪服務員，就是酒店本身設備老了。他們也無能為力。
