酒店超級超級美，就這個環境在國內都是頂流。沒有可以超越了，非常值得入住。
老闆很有品味兒，這裏特別表揚酒店王經理，撐起了酒店的品質和服務，王經理上知天文下知地理，給給我們講了很多有趣的歷史典故，受益匪淺。
已經給了全五星好評，但是有些問題還是想提一下，希望改進，管家加我時就問我需要在酒店吃飯嗎？她給了我價目表，並表示有15%服務費，我説先看看點評吧。結果看了大眾點評同樣的價格是不需要服務費的。到餐廳用餐時，因為剛從外面回來很熱，很渴，就多次跟服務員説需要水，説了很多次以後，服務員給我們倒了白開水。但是緊接着他又説，要不喝白茶吧？我説也行，我喝白茶，小朋友不喝茶喝水吧，結果用完餐讓我補茶水的費用，兩位78價格是沒有多少，但是我覺得這個是不是可以提前説好？因為我本來就不需要茶水，這個是有點強制消費了，加上前面服務費的這塊兒，我感覺不是很讓人舒服。那一晚餐廳加我們總共衹有三桌。我看服務員有跟其他桌説，如果不夠可以加，但是沒有跟我們説。環境真的是贏了非常非常棒，但是我覺得在這些小事上有點失了高端精品園林酒店的形象

很低調的度假酒店，足不出户即可在太湖邊漫步，感受蘇式園林的美學。辦理入住時，酒店的工作人員們熱情周到，一路介紹酒店的一磚一瓦和一樹一木。考慮到入住私密度，一個院子就衹安排了我們一户。晚上擔心院子沒有人氣，而特地把隔壁房間也打開了燈。
特別感謝高小雪女士以及其他同事們，從預訂到入住，一直跟進，細緻又熱心。
很開心看到這幾年國內本土有這麼高品質的度假酒店，不論是園林景緻還是房間格調，吊打養雲安縵和法雲安縵！
有合適的機會希望下次全家出行，再次入住！

補充一點，酒店位置非常好，太湖景色，一覽無遺，甚至能依稀看到對岸的月亮酒店。去西山非常方便，因為近不堵車。👍👍👍
