very happy with the hotel, hotel is near both Ping Jiang and Guan Qian Road. Stuffs are helpful and accomodating. Room is comfortable

Overall experience is good, they free upgrade us to bigger room. Only thing is when we request more mineral water they seems not that willing to give. 6pax of us request 4 bottles, finish and request another 4 bottles and they didn't send to us. Other than that is okay.

Location of hotel is very good. It is near MRT and Guanqian Street which provides good eatery shops. The staff is very courteous and provided excellent services. I will come back to stay when I visit Suzhou again.

Good location. Very near Yuanqianjie just take exit 4. The service’s very good. There are lots of snacks and coffee free for drink. The room is quite big and clean. I will come again next time.

Very good service from all hotel staff, especially 小蕊. The room is big, and the layout is good. It will be even better if there are some hooks in the shower room. Foreign tourists may not understand how to use the dryer. It will be good if the instructions are clearer. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel.

The location is within walking distance to Quanqian Street and Pingjiang Road. There are many eateries and restaurants nearby the hotel.
The front desk customer service is excellent, especially the young lady who attended to my various requests during my 4 days stay at the hotel.
The soundproofing of the room could be improved, but they provide amenities like ear plugs.
Overall a good experience.

Quite liked the bi qiong tub room we booked. It was spacious, modern, and clean. Bed was comfortable. TV was very big. Had everything we needed! Service from the staff was excellent. Also we used the free laundry service and the staff also helped to transfer it to the dryer and packed them in a bag. Really appreciate how helpful and friendly they are! Highly recommend this hotel. Location is good, has a lot of food in the vicinity and a massage parlour 2 minutes away.
