Standard service as expected from a mid range hotel. Everything was as described. We just needed a place to sleep as we had a night out and the room and service served it’s purpose.

酒店進去就是歐式風格，前台小姐姐好看又熱情。房間設施挺齊全的，就是沒有定帶棋牌室的套房。不然出個差還能打打麻將，那就更好了。

去金雞湖遊玩，訂了維也納國際酒店，真的是各種的不好，非常的差。1.
訂房時酒店確認有停車位，到了酒店發現是社會停車場，根本沒有停車的地方，問前台説酒店門口幾個車位停滿了要自己找停車位。
2.進房間後，房間裏有一股異味，根本沒有辦法消除，衞生間的花灑漏水很嚴重，出水量會很小，房間之間的隔音效果非常的差，隔壁四周的房間開門關門、晚上用衞生間時的各種嘈雜聲音就在你的耳邊，晚上根本無法入睡。
3.早餐品種很少，而且整個餐廳衹有一個阿姨負責補充食物和收盤子，根本忙不過來，要自己動手整理。應該是我住過最差的酒店。

前台服務人員很熱情，早餐吃的很飽，房間衞生阿姨打掃的非常乾淨，旁邊就是日料一條街，吃飯很方便，停車場就在門口，到蘇州中心走路就能到了。

房間比較大，在一條步行街上，停車就街上兩邊都是車位，吃東西地方多。酒店環境一般，隔音也不怎麼樣，就是蘇州大褲衩附近酒店都不怎麼便宜

酒店離星海廣場很近，步行範圍內環境不錯。雙人床都挺大的，還帶一個小沙發和桌子。早餐用餐的人很多，要等一會位置。

酒店很陳舊，衞生很一般，五一期間難道因為太忙了？門口在施工塵土飛揚車子衹能停在外面大馬路，淋浴間的水很小洗個頭費老勁了
