An unforgettable stay in a stunning location! We had the most wonderful 3 night stay at this beautiful lake resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, so friendly, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, and the whole atmosphere of the resort is peaceful and relaxing. A perfect place to unwind and relax. The rooms were lovely, spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything we needed for a perfect break. The food was another highlight, every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. A special mention to Jeeva in the restaurant, who made our dining experience even more memorable with such attentive and warm service but all of the restaurant staff were excellent and made every meal a pleasure. Also Anju who so lovely and again very attentive but I have to say every single staff member was so pleasant, which made our stay exceptional. Can’t recommend this gem of a place enough, we are already planning our next visit!

If you're looking for an unforgettable experience in Kerala, Coconut Lagoon in Kumarakom is the perfect choice. The resort brilliantly combines nature and history, allowing guests to stay in breathtaking, restored 150-year-old traditional Tharavad mansions. Set right against the serene Vembanad Lake, the location is incredibly peaceful. The highlights of our stay included relaxing by the gorgeous lakeside pool, taking the complimentary sunset cruise, and getting our tea from ”Chaya Chechi” at her charming floating tea shop. The authentic Kerala food was fantastic, and the serene atmosphere made for a truly rejuvenating getaway. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a beautiful, culturally rich retreat!

It was nice and exotic location. Good room and site. Approach road is very bad shape. Hotel staff need to trained for skill level up to a star rated resort. No cafeteria, and lack of buffet is shortcomings though we can understand due to less occupancy. Hotel need more guest friendly approach while less occupancy. Other facilities are good. But not in proper maintenance. Good location and exotic sight seeing.

Getting There - 2hrs drive from Kochi airport. The hotel arranged for a transfer taxi. 5,000/- one way. Arrival- Welcomed with chandan tika, welcome drink, cold towel and a big smile by the staff. Room- Got it early then the checkin time. Rooms are big, well lit with good views. But they need a lot of maintenance and refurbishment. Hotel- Green, peaceful, clean. Food & Restaurants - Only 1 restaurant with limited menu. But everything we ordered was delicious and good in portion size.

Was a good experience and room is well maintained and good attitude of staff. Good location and ambience and parking area.
