Cleaning need to be more thorough. Many places still have hair, towels stains, etc... but overall acceptable. Lift is always very slow in the morning and satops every level. Once, I had to wait 15 minutes and it was full, so I used the emergency stairs from level 23. Lastly, the door is very heavy to open/close and it needs to be slower when auto closed to avoid hitting the fingers (especially children). Could be a lawsuit waiting to happen.

A deluxe accommodation located in the heart of Sydney City --- extremely convenient and accessible to transportation, restaurants, and entertainment. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Free carpark for visiting guests is a great gesture. We really enjoyed our stay there over the Easter Weekend. Will definitely stay here again for my next visit to Sydney.

Great location and good amenities but could be cleaner and the room feels dated and the room smelt stale without adequate AC. The view was nice though.

Beautiful stay, clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Hand soap in the washroom could be re-thought, e.g. soap pump dispenser, shower heads could be updated.
Great location, friendly and professional staff, good buffet breakfast and there is parking on-site.
