The place is good for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for digital nomads or anyone planning to work remotely. The Wi-Fi connection was intermittent, making it difficult to work online. The TV also didn’t have cable, and even streaming YouTube took a very long time to load due to the slow internet. One of my biggest disappointments was the lack of a hot shower in the room I stayed in. Considering that Tagaytay gets quite cold, especially at night, I believe having a reliable hot shower should be a basic amenity in every hotel. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re just staying overnight and don’t mind these limitations. However, if you need stable internet for work or expect basic comforts like a hot shower, you may want to consider other accommodations.

First time in this hotel, friendly ang staff and easy access to attractions.

simple but you can still sleep

A bit old hotel, no late check out, deceiving in terms of breakfast- in the app breafast was for 3 but when where there it's only for 2 not even a sorry.

The front desk and staff are exceptionally warm, accommodating, and polite. They are quick to assist with last-minute bookings or technical snags. The Wi-Fi can get congested when the hotel is full, and navigating the smart TVs to connect to streaming apps can sometimes take a bit of patience. The swimming pool looks like it needs better maintenance.

Very good location and just next to McDonald and along the road..only rooms with window come with fake wondow...will stay again if back to visit...

The scenery around the hotel is good, but it may be that the hotel has been around for a long time and the facilities are old.

Can improve wifi and the overall hotel can use renovation or upgrade in the corridors
