Great hotel in a very nice area. Feel like being in a small town in Germany. Very friendly and professional staff. Will certainly go there again when in Taicang.

酒店環境好，配套設施可以，樓下有好多與小朋友互動的工作人員（小丑）！
因為帶了小朋友，提了點要求，辦理入住時前台辦理人李霈特別友善，很開心的一次體驗！

酒店在太倉的海運堤羅騰堡廣場裏面，孩子比較喜歡。海運堤羅騰堡廣場的保安態度差，非酒店保安，酒店態度還是令人滿意的。晚上的燈比較漂亮，邊上是瀏河，岸邊的燈帶不錯，在五一假期期間人流也不算多。

酒店位於羅騰堡街區，臨近瀏河，出行吃喝都挺方便，夜景美麗，適合休閑漫步。房間佈局也挺歐洲的，一眼瞅着跟曾經住過的希爾頓挺像，窗多明亮，貴妃沙發舒服，有咖啡有茶愜意。酒店的晚餐果然有不少各式德國肉食，海鮮也很新鮮。總之，是一次滿意的小時光。有空會再來滴！

開業不久的酒店，前台給升級了湖景房，德式的裝修風格、房間的設施、地理位置都很好，咖啡吧的下午茶☕️味道也不錯，服務更是到位，主動聽取對餐食的建議。但同時也經歷了不愉快的事情，入住當天下午正在休息，竟然在半小時內 2 次被保潔人員用門卡打開了房門，太嚇人了，希望能加強管理。
