衞生：面盆內有頭髮 桌子沒擦乾淨 床上四件套感覺粉塵特別大，一堆毛毛。。
環境：隔音差 半夜一點有人大聲敲門還是在維修東西 叮叮咣咣的 非常誇張 很響那種 直接把人吵醒 隔音不是很好 隔壁的動靜一清二楚
服務：態度倒是蠻好的 但早餐沒有 得去旁邊吃飯 衹有一個粥鋪貴得要死 小米粥15元 活久見 物價水平直奔陸家嘴
設施：花灑差評，都是壞的
比較滿意的是空調很給力 屋內的智能照明聯動系統不錯，房間空間很大，免費的洞庭湖礦泉水不錯 槽點一堆 優點屈指可數

浴巾太舊，隔音太差，尾號06房間居然緊貼後加裝的電梯，電梯衹要上下，動靜吵**，就跟樓上有人推行李箱一樣，一直到夜裡3點都不得消停，3點之前不斷有人入住，開門，關門，過道里説話一清二楚，反正想好好休息的就別來了，不信邪的可以試試。
前台小哥服務態度還是不錯的，但無論怎樣居然還給我開緊貼電梯的房間，差評！!！

環境：房間空間比較大
服務：前台同事不在前台，致電後等了一會兒，要喝水的玻璃杯，結果給了兩個一次性杯子

前台小姐姐有幫忙升級到有窗户的房間還是挺感謝的，預訂房間是享有雙人咖啡的，但是入住並沒有提及以及贈送，不知道是不是業務不太熟悉的原因，衞生間洗澡設施比較舊，洗髮水沐浴露快沒有了沒法用了，毛巾浴巾泛黃不乾淨不衞生，房間沒有喝水的杯子，下次不會再入住了

房間很乾凈，也很安靜，晚上睡覺不會被打擾。離車站距離也不遠，打車方便。前台也有禮貌，服務很好。酒店的早餐味道也不錯，推薦。

前台的態度特別好，知道我們是三個女生住，洗漱用品也幫我拿了三份。唯一的問題就是，廁所的玻璃是透明的，對我這種南方人來説，上廁所洗澡什麼的有點不太方便。地理位置離萬達廣場也不遠，大概打車十分鐘就行，定位也方便。
