we were going to room 305 in the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke when we got to room 305 It also smelled like cigarettes...I booked a non smoking area, when I checked the bed to lie down there were scattered strands of hair 😔😔

There was rubbish in the room. I told the front desk staff to call us when breakfast arrived. But they didn't call us. We only called 15 minutes before check-out. Everything else was fine.

The soundproofing is super terrible! The neighbor next door was blasting heavy bass from 7am and it was still noisy until we checked out early! There are white crumbs of something unknown on the sofa😬😬
The advantage is that the steam room and SPA are really usable, and the room is also very large, but it is really too dark~
