每天都不會主動打掃！就算按照要求12:00前掛牌打掃也不會每天打掃
熱水忽冷忽熱真的很糟糕
櫃檯永遠沒有人處理事
要泡熱水的浴池要放水兩個小時都不會滿
反應後只會告訴你會請人來看然後就不見蹤影
有家庭的不建議來住晚上上下樓梯真的蠻危險！

水壓低、熱水忽冷忽熱，冬天12月想洗澡無法洗，搞了半夜1點換房間感受好差，小孩子都等到睡著了，也沒洗到澡

價錢便宜 ，基本上什麼設施都沒有，就是途一個方便，3天都各種理由不幫你整理換床單，一下子說超過時間，一下子說兩天才能換一次床單，一下子說人手不足，結果4天都沒整理過房間。

而不是等了半個多小時沒服務人員
房間本身是不錯的
但真的被一開始的訂單編號出錯搞壞整個體驗和心情
就算是快捷型態的旅館
也需要注意顧客的體驗
櫃檯等了快1小時沒服務人員
