地理位置不錯，可惜停車場沒有位置，還需自己尋找車位，房間感覺偏小，隔音較差，早餐不太好吃，馬桶管線不佳，浴室無乾濕分離。

房間算很乾淨整潔，主要是有停車場，停車極為方便。
旅館所在位置很棒。鄰近勤美和美術館等人文區域。
房間略小，但入住多次，衛生品質的維護都很穩定。有附早餐。

有免費停車場加分，留意不要停在樹下，會很多鳥屎⋯晚到車位不保留！
312房 浴室空調無反應，禁止吸菸結果還是有別的住客抽菸，整層空調都很臭，除此之外都還不錯，旅館門口有公車站牌，對面有YouBike站，位置相當不錯

有提供免費早餐，是跟外面早餐店配合的吐司或漢堡，還有附一杯飲料。不過料超級少可以不用期待。
環境算整潔乾淨
冷氣也滿涼的
蓮蓬頭與洗手台的水是共用的，水柱大小跟溫度都正常
被子是比較古早偏毯子的感覺
有小冰箱 熱水瓶
吹風機是壁掛的
出外的話鑰匙要寄放櫃檯
以假日的平價旅館來說可接受
