就一間類似Airbnb的住宿空間來說，算是蠻舒適的，電燈冷氣都是提前就定位，老闆聯繫也算清楚，減少住的不方便，建議可以增加電子密碼設施，實體鑰匙應該有風險。

房間很大乾淨，鄰近夜市和南紡購物中心，逛街吃飯都非常方便，有自己的停車場，還可以12點退房，讓人可以充分休息沒有壓力，下次還要來住宿。雖偶有小孩玩樂聲響，但影響不大。

隔音真的不好，住宿期間深夜樓上很吵。房內溜滑梯有很多痕跡，而且真的不是很安全，大人先緩慢嘗試都感覺腳會被鈍到，因為滑梯的尾巴底部是木頭，那些看似安全防護墊子事實上沒什麼作用，小孩很容易受傷。雖然服務人員的態度很好，價錢也很實惠，但住過一次以後就不會再訪了。
