I used it with my two children. We arrived a little early, but the person in charge was kind enough to get us into the room early, which was a great relief for our tired child. Everything in the facility was kept clean and the amenities were adequate. I've stayed at many **** hotels, and the convenience of the plumbing was one of the best. There are convenience stores and places to eat nearby. There are chain stores that are familiar in Japan, so I feel safe. The breakfast repertoire is not extreme, but not much. Especially if you are a foreigner with small children, your options may be limited depending on the food culture.
