Receptionist very well versed and prompt service about my cancellation and re booking of room night due to unforseen circumstances. Please make sure you locked your room when you are in the room due to the the room design of toilet with clear glass door and situated at the entrance of the room. Cleanliness needs improvement and we are unlucky to have a room with air conditioning problem.

房間真的很熱 空調等於沒有
加強吧 這麼好的酒店牌子不要白瞎了
就住了一晚 外地遊客來還是推薦的

浴缸有點污漬 外賣還得自己下樓拿 機器人都沒有 呢樓上沖馬桶的聲音太大了吧也 隔音差 這是我住過最差的jw了

第一天選擇了萬豪 但是體驗實在太差 早早打了電話預訂 也提了需求都是滿口答應 但是下午六點去辦理入住 先是大廳外面的保安不讓在地面停車，有空車位也趕我們去地下，大廳辦理入住也是遲遲給不了房間，泳池也説是一直在維護不開放，最後確認説第二天入住還是之前預訂的時候價格，第二天續住的時候告訴我衹能按當天的價格，並且互相拖延時間，最後決定不續住了，換了洲際，洲際果然沒有失望。

清明假期定價不合理，超過平常40%的漲幅；配套設施很差，房間電器出現故障和異響；管理水平和服務水平很差，簡單的事情反覆溝通無果，一直拖延，完全不符合這個價位該有的水平，方方面面都不合格，給了一整天的時間溝通解決方案，直到已經離店4小時，還無任何回覆

很滿意的一次入住，假期有限匆忙的衹住了一晚…因為來看任賢齊和薛之謙演唱會順便到錦綉太原來打卡，恰逢生日也在這幾天，提前聯繫了酒店，在此謝謝總機小姐姐Angel和前台Eric小哥哥，謝謝酒店為我安排的生日蛋糕和手繪卡片！

酒店設施非常新，設計感也不錯，行政酒廊的服務好，酒店所處位置去哪裡都方便。早餐種類不夠豐富，住的第一晚朝北有點吵，酒店服務人員與經理給協調了一下，第二晚新的房間就沒有問題了。整體入住體驗還是不錯的。
