Excellent front desk, very helpful even in english. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The facilities are up to the standard of a chinese 5 star hotel. Pleasant stay.

典型的老牌五星酒店。雖然硬件比較老舊，但是勝在乾淨衞生。即使老舊，但是當年的用料也是十分講究的，沒有出現木頭開裂，櫃門走形的情況。
軟件簡直太讚了，小朋友在古鎮買的氣球🎈不小心飛到將近10米高的屋頂，酒店工作人員出動電動升降梯夠了好久，十塊錢的氣球他們完全有多種理由拒絕，不給自己找麻煩，但是他們看到了小朋友渴求的眼神。另外提前電話聯繫，準備小童牙刷，拖鞋和一次性浴缸袋，處處體現出貼心，花小錢辦大事。細節決定成敗，愛屋及烏，不自覺愛上了太原這座城市。
酒店位置也特別好，出門左轉200米晉商博物館，博物館對面鐘鼓樓小吃街，隔壁府西街地鐵站，打車15分鐘到省博，出門右手老太原菜館。就這位置這服務，來太原選這家就對了。

畢竟是五星級酒店，服務上沒得説，房間夠大，都在高樓層，夜景也很好，早餐餐廳明亮整潔，迎着清晨的太陽吃早點的感覺我很喜歡，晚上在酒店的杏花村吃飯環境和價位也很滿意，再來太原還會選擇這裏

總體環境不錯，就是設施老點，服務很好，我們住在35層，客房服務的武姐服務真的特別好，還特別的細心，我訂了兩間房，其中一間有孩子還給準備了小童拖鞋，另外一間長者喜歡喝茶還特意多準備了茶包，貼心的給留了紙條，超讚👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

這次是回老家過年，從小就聽説過，山西的老牌五星級酒店了。提前半天酒店來電話確認房屋需求。大年三十中餐廳吃飯，做得很地道。大氣、乾淨、窗外視野好，還給送了零食和小禮物。順便説一句，電梯真不錯，快、穩、靜。

房間寬敞，裝修應該翻新過，都還不錯，出行方便，附近就是食品街，電梯也很快，望出去可以看到市中心醫院，龍潭公園等地方，美中不足的是，也是所有酒店通病就是，衞生間打掃得挺多瑕疵的，總結就是，性價比很高，值得住的
