在恆倫看牙，一直住錦江之星風尚，前幾次都很好，這次一間房間的衞生間洗臉池有上一位客人用過的毛巾沒有收拾。其他都還好，尤其是前台的大姐，服務態度很好：講解詳細、説明清楚，周到細緻，大姐是12月8日下午四點左右接待的我們。

大寫一個服字，一開始給開了房卡開不了門，得拿鑰匙開的322房，無所謂小事兒，進去之後是修過沒有打掃的房間，沒事兒，打掃一下就行，然後開了臉池水龍頭之後，下水管漏水，花灑漏水，無所謂將就一下就行，晚上要去洗澡了，打開流了一點熱水就徹底一點不流了，下去找前台，看了看是一點熱水沒有，然後給換了個房間，換了房間之後，那個花灑的熱水小到離譜，就一股股，把全身濕了都費勁，已經晚上十一點多了，實在是不想再搬上東西去別的地兒了，就那樣將就了，我真的一個大無語住，貴酒店的熱水就這麼珍貴呢？貴酒店的房間管理怎麼做的，接二連三的出現問題，澡是一點洗不了，我真的會謝 ，我感覺我已經很理解了，前面那麼多毛病我都忍了，直到換了房間還是用不上熱水，我真的綳不住了，煩請貴酒店排查一下，更新一下設施吧，真的已經連最基礎的完整服務都提供不了了

特別要誇的是前台小姐姐，人美心善，剛去了衞生間排風扇有點小問題，小姐姐處理問題特別及時。有一丁點問題：餐廳有個阿姨對我們態度不是特別友好，吃個早餐跟我們核對了3次房間號，別的客人來了問一遍就立馬很客氣給介紹，我們也是第一次去，這點區別對待讓人很不舒服。其他都很滿意 點贊
