The hotel was very nice. I loved the amenities in the room. The heated toilet seat was my favorite.
The complimentary soup in the even was a nice surprise.

房間衞生大概看可以，不能看細節。我最不能接受的是吹風機，一個三無產品，住600多的酒店就給用這樣的吹風機，估計義烏小商品市場都買不到。使用起來非常差，洗手間沒有電吹風插座，衹能拿到房間裏來使用。

房間很大，都很自動化也很乾凈，有個大浴缸，春節入住還送了兩個龍年小掛件很可愛喜慶，房間裏的迷你吧也給免費了。入住前入住時入住後都有工作人員聯繫給予幫助和意見反饋，有些要求能滿足的都給儘量滿足了，服務態度是非常好的，早餐也很豐盛。唯一問題就是我們入住那天有點熱，因為是冬天酒店房間沒有製冷，衹能制暖，房間好熱好熱，衹有要了風扇吹了一晚上，。總體好評很不錯，值得推薦

春節期間台州市裡比較空，到達酒店的時候服務人員比較少，沒人幫忙拿行李，前台辦理入住禮貌比較好，但是好像不是很專業，沒有輸入我們的車牌，也沒有告知早餐餐廳在幾樓，到了房間垃圾桶邊上有一堆煙灰，服務員及時來清理了，看我們在打牌還主動提供了礦泉水。
我們定的是行政房，也沒告知有沒有行政酒廊！
24度的天氣房間裏空調沒有冷空調，衹有熱氣！熱的滿臉通紅。
我們其他兩個房間有送水果，我們房間沒有！不知啥原因！
早餐還行！

假期陪帶小朋友去台州市區小遊，酒店外面高大形象。但可能是春節原因，感覺大堂服務服務一般，沒有節日的氣氛和熱情。有些配套設施假期還沒完善。房間整體設施還算標準，隔音不錯，床也舒適。最讓人不解的就是一天內價格過山車的變化，雖然攜程也電話解釋，由於本人和家人度假也不想影響心情沒去計較，還是多少影響體驗。

意外的驚喜總能讓人感到格外温暖和感動，彷彿被世界温柔相待，滿滿的幸福感無處不在。
在台州，有這麼一家賓館讓我感受到了什麼叫超越客户期待的服務：
1.入住前的電話確認並加微信確認客户的個性需求，入住後發現兩張拼好的單人床（提前確認入住小童需求），及兩套孩子用品；
2.贈送3份早餐，攜程衹有1份早餐，免去加餐的尷尬和成本；
3.生日當天一份意外的海鮮麪。
