Convenient location, clean room, regular cleaning. Breakfast was not great, but the view from the restaurant was great. The sunbeds are old, there are two types of beach: with stairs to the sea and a regular one. There is a massage. Trees and umbrellas allow you to hide if it is sunny.

A good location, clean, but it's getting old, as if time has stood still!
Towels and bed linen, I can't say when they were last replaced, air conditioning, too loud and not adjustable, the building technician couldn't do anything either! TV new, but didn't work because the TV modules didn't work!
Bed, old mattress! The coffee at breakfast, like 20 years ago, brewed coffee, I wouldn't expect anyone to have that, we went out for coffee, just the details that make the hotel good or bad! The gardens could also use more care, the coconuts are falling down, as are palm leaves, here too the bare minimum.
The price is too expensive!

This company is not there for there customers. I made a mistake in my booking and asked them to change the booking. As it was non refundable they did not want to help. I could stay one night there while paying for three. The incorrect booking was for March and during high season they could have helped our easily. I tried to talk to the manager but she showed a very arrogant behaviour. After this happened we got no more service from them, the attitude has changed…… really bad promotion for a big hotel like this. They not deserve to have more than 1 star.

Average. Staff was not as kind and attentive as we have experienced at other hotels in Thailand. The hotel is a bit worn down.
Few people at the hotel, which was quite nice. We had the pool to our self most days. Sunbeds could use an upgrade!
Located a bit far from the “centre” of bang niang. Would have preferred to stay closer to the centre/bang niang marked as we did not use the beach at all (not a good beach - took a tuk tuk to coconut beach instead).

The room and balcony were big enough and comfortable.
Would prefer just a shower instead of the older bath/shower combination.After each shower the bathroom was under water...
The surrounding gardens and pools were well maintained and a pleasure to see and use.
The so-called "beach" is practically not useable and very limited accessability( sand-bags and large stone boulders separateit from the water)
The available Restaurant and Bar are mostly deserted.It is understandable because of the prices( sometimes double the normal going-rate)
However, in general , a quiet and comfortable stay can be enjoyed at the Price/performance!!
