Not much restoran for food but coffee hous have a good menu and reasonable prices. Starbucks and kfc is nearby. Have two Convenience store nearby. One warong for coffee and local food

Close to airport. Second time staying here, got a bit confused about the pick up point at terminal 3. Anyway, the driver waited for us and took us to the hotel. The room we got this time is not as clean as the previous one (a bit smelly).

This hotel near to airport.just a few minutes.they also provide shuttle bus to airport. Dont forget to try nasi padang nearby.its so delicious.

I stay here for transit after long flight from Dubai. I realized lock for door not work but because i really tired so i decided to put my luggage behind my door, in case someone try to come inside i can noticed. Morning time at 9 a.m i still lay in my bed when cleaning service open my door, i was shocked and he said sorry then closed the door. I mean why he just open the door without knocking to make sure is there anyone in room. So when check out i gave information about this, and good that staff there feel sorry and said will fix the things. Overall i like to stay here, for transit this hotel is good and also has shuttle bus to airport.

That's a really nice and affordable place pretty close to the airport. They provide a free shuttle from every terminal. Nice and comfortable room, many convenience stores near by.Will stay there next time. Thank you.

The huge issue with the Hotel is the organisation of the Airport pickup. You have to call and hope someone picks up the phone. Otherwise you pay 45-50k IDR...if the taxi driver accepts the short ride that is. The Sister Hotel next door is a lot better, but the Zest is ok for the price. The breakfast is charged at an additional 90k IDR. There is a Supermarket, Starbucks, KFC downstairs but 80-90 % of the mall are currently completely abandoned. In the room you have to let the loud A/C run the whole time....otherwise there is a bad smell. The wear and tear is clearly visible everywhere, but as they have so many rotating guests they quite obviously do not care at all. The lady, who offers a massage-service, jjumps in the elevator with you to find out your room no. The mattress is worn out etc. The best thing of both Hotels are their exceptional employees.
