I was too tired, so I didn't call the waiter. I happened to meet the waiter cleaning other rooms, so I told her to clean it. She nodded after confirming for a long time (there was no smile in the whole communication, it was cold...), when I came back at night, the room was cleaned, and the slippers I wore were taken away, but they were not given to the new one. Yes, I called the front desk to deliver it, and I hung up the phone faster than me. The most exciting thing came, and I fell on the bed to rest. The waiter came to deliver the slippers. The knock on the door sounded like it was on fire. Exaggeration, because I was really shocked at the time)! On the fourth day, I went out one day and came back at 3 pm. The room was not cleaned. The waiter who left in the morning was cleaning on our side. When I came back in the afternoon, she was already on the other side. I went downstairs to the front desk and asked why she didn’t clean it again. She said that it will be cleaned before 4 o'clock. I really don't have the energy to argue with him. When I asked why I didn't clean it two days ago, she said that I would clean it right away. I didn't hear a word of "sorry" during the whole communication, and her expression was cold and there was no smile. Such a bad service is not worth more than this price! It is still a brand chain under Hilton. In a country like Uzbekistan, the experience is really bad!
